I've had the opportunity to work with Alair Homes on several projects, and they've always been great to work with. Their communication, organization, and attention to detail are top-notch, and it's clear they care about delivering a quality home. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a builder that values craftsmanship and professionalism.
After doing a lot of research for a builder to remodel our new home in Paradise Valley, AZ we chose Alair Homes. We had a few prospective builders come and talk to us about their vision for our project, and after friends of ours highly recommended Alair, we set up a meeting and we found that they had the best vision that matched what we wanted to accomplish. We worked closely with Jeff Gorszczyk (Managing Partner), Sammi Hernreich (Project Coordinator), and Taylor Glenn (Project Manager), as a team they listened to our needs and we came up with a plan. They were all terrific. We did use our own plumber since we have an amazing relationship with him and they worked well together, and all of their sub-contractors were extremely professional and reliable as well. We lived in the house while under construction and the entire crew respected our space, they were always on time and made sure to clean up every night before leaving. We highly recommend Alair Homes for all your home construction projects, due to the professionalism, expertise, clear fast communication, honesty, workmanship, build quality and most importantly, respect. Our project was recently completed and we couldn’t be happier with the results, attached are some photographs of the completed work. Daniel & Caryn Fisch
As the owner of the largest mini split installing company in the Southwest I can state that working with Alair Homes has been a blessing. The projects were as described, no hidden issues, straightforward scheduling and excellent follow through with their administration. Finally, since we specialize in higher end installations, we are proud to use only top quality equipment to compliment their 5 star building projects which we are proud to show on our final project images. Let us know when you are ready for the next project!

My wife and I are very pleased that we chose Alair for our remodel project. I am a retired contractor and builder so it was difficult to hand over the reigns. We only had to make one trip from Seattle to Scottsdale during the 3 month job and that was at the end of the project to do a walk through. Our project manager Taylor Glenn was fantastic. A great communicator and super with attention to detail. We are looking forward to enjoying the quality workmanship Alair provided for many years to come!
Hi Craig, Thank you so much for sharing this. It means a lot to know that you and your wife felt confident handing your remodel over to our team, especially with your background in contracting and building. Taylor will be thrilled to hear your feedback! We’re grateful for your trust and hope you enjoy the craftsmanship and comfort of your remodelled home for many years to come.
THE SUPER CLEAN BROS did a window cleaning project for Alair Homes Chandlers. It was an amazing experience. The communication was on point and as soon as we finished the project, the payment came through. The process was so seamless. Can’t wait to do another project with Alair Homes Chandler. Thank you 🙏
Alair Homes has completed 2 " major" projects for us.(#1 Kitchen /Family room, #2 Main bathroom/master bed-room/Powder room). Our experience and results fully support our decision to contract them. We were glad we listened to our friends who recommended Alair in 2022. Working with Alair ownership, Project Mgr. George and design staff, went very well as they met the estimate for completion and slightly less on cost. Bottom line..My wife and I are very happy we choose Alair & have NO REGRETS.
Working with Alair team we remodeled our entire home, kitchen, both bathrooms including new flooring throughout the home. Very happy with all the results and enjoy showing off our new home!
I have nothing but good things to say about Alair. Jeff and Dan are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They added an amazing Arizona room to my home and a few years later, built a casita for me. I highly recommend them.
