Chadd has done my foundation and Pre-Drywall Inspection. He answered any questions I had and showed me a few things I wouldn't have known to pay attention to. Hoping he is available for my pre-closing walkthrough. Don't like the AI assistant.

I purchased my first house a couple of months prior with a different inspector. After moving in I noticed some problems that were missed on my first inspection, including a massive infestation the previous homeowner failed to disclose. Worried about what else was missed I wanted to have another inspection done to see if anything else was missed. Scheduling with Alamo Real Pro Inspection Group was extremely easy. Nearly every time I called someone was able to answer quickly and answered my questions throughly. The one time I had to leave a message I was called back promptly. I feel like our inspector Matt took his time to look at everything. He listened and addressed all of my concerns. He did report some additional problems that were missed on my original inspection but talked me through majority of the issues and gave me resources to fix them. Overall I am very happy I had another inspection, I feel a lot more comfortable with my purchase. Yes there is more work than I expected but it feels a lot more manageable.
