Had a service call today from Alamo Pest Control and my technician was Sergio. He did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this individual for your service needs.
We needed the technician to come a few days early and Alamo was able to schedule the technician for us! Chayton kept us informed as to when he would be at our house. He was very polite as all their staff are. He took care of our house on a hot summer day! Thank you Chayton and Alamo!!!

Dylan was my technician and he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
My tech Leland M arrived on time and asked me if I had any issues that he could look at. After finishing up the service he reviewed everything he did with me and even let me know I had left a water hose on before a freeze was coming! Great service and always responsive when I call. Update: Noah came out today to…

They are great. Polite, On time, Respectful and very willing to work around my schedule. We appreciate the service they provide for us in keeping our home clean. Our latest service was specifically for Spiders and Scorpions and Mike A. Took real good care of us. Sprayed inside and out and I haven’t seen either…
very friendly and professional! Will provide all their programs but not pushy.
Leland Mullins was very helpful and also explained everything he was doing. We are happy with the service we have had the last 3 years with Alamo
Professional
We love Alamo! All of the staff are wonderful and so kinds. They do a great job, very thorough
The technicians are always polite, ask if we're having any problems, tells us exactly what they are going to do, and checks with us before leaving. During our latest treatment, the technician, Austin, was able to relocate a large yellow garden spider from outside our kitchen window to a tree where it will be more helpful in eating insects.
Leland is a great technician !Very friendly and professional! Always on time!
Service needs to be a little more often during the summer bug season :)
Have been using Alamo Pest control for years. They're always on time and professional, have no issues with unwanted pest thanks to their service.
Great service
They answer the phone when you call them and are routinely flexible in scheduling/providing treatment. Very impressive service! This is not the first time I have left a review, and their level of servive is consistent. We dont have bugs.
Forrest was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during his visit.
Going on 6 year contract with Alamo and couldn't be more pleased. Forrest was the technician today; he was quick but thorough, attentive, informative and friendly. Fantastic customer service! Gold Star for the technician and company! Thank you for the ongoing great service!

Alamo has been our service provider for over a year. They always show up at the appointment time and are eager to get started. These guys are friendly and informative. Customer Service is on point 🤩!!
I use Alamo both at my residence and at our corporate office in Alliance. Alamo pest control is the undisputed best pest control company west of the Mississippi River. The office staff are kind and courteous. The service technicians are professional, experienced and prompt. I would highly and only recommend Alamo…
Alamo is always highly responsive, their treatments are effective, and they are willing to come out as many times as needed to make sure everything is addressed. The employees are friendly, well-informed, and capable. Our most recent technician, Forrest, was friendly and thorough.
I absolutely love their customer service! They always send a friendly and professional person who provides a very good service. My technician, Stephen Quinney, went above and beyond to provide me with a great service.
I’m adding to my last review to say that the technician who treated my home exterior today (Jay) did a great job. 5 stars! Detail oriented, professional and friendly all at the same time. Along with treatment, the technician, Leland, thoroughly cleaned all the eaves. Really pro! Very pleased with his service.

All of the above
Daniel did such a great job at our house! He was super kind and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He was careful of our pets and pet items, ensuring their safety after the treatment. He was very efficient, completing the service in under 30 minutes for a 2200 square foot home, and…
Leland was awesome! He listened to all my rambling of questions, and answered everything I was worried about! (From west coast & Texas doesn’t play on bugs!) He was professional, checked in and went over everything he did before leaving. Giving honest input I trust for the seasons! I will definitely be recommending to the neighborhood!
Our pest control tech was very professional and helpful. I showed him our pest infected problems areas around the house and he sprayed them all down. He also provided us with his card to call him of the problem persisted.

Great service. Friendly and willing to do whatever is needed to be done. I have the monthly service and they come out routinely to keep things pest-free. Update: Leland was out this morning and was very efficient, conscientious, and did an excellent job. Also, I added the mosquito control option this year and seems to be working very well!

Aaron was amazing! He was on time. He didn’t mind that my fiancé didn’t immediately put our dogs away. He listened to all of our concerns, went over our best options, and got started right away! He was very personable and I appreciate the easy set up!
Leland did a great job of taking care of a wasp issue in my back yard. It’s nice to now be able to water without being attacked by flying stinging things!
Our tech was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Absolutely someone you want representing the company.
Everything about Leland’s service was impeccable! He was not only courteous and professional but even took me outside to show me what he was doing and explained why and how he was doing it. Great service! Best investment we’ve made for our house. The technicians are always polite, on time, and have a great attitude.
We had chiggers and rodents. The rodents, we were told, would take the bait and get thirsty, causing them to leave the house. Nope. They died in the house and stunk. The chiggers are still a problem and when i called to cancel our service today they said oops they’d been spraying for fleas and ticks the whole time…
I've used Alamo for 6 years, but I don't recommend them. When I first hired them, they were very good, but they have gotten steadily worse, especially in the last year or so. We hired them to do mosquito treatments, which are quite expensive but aren't working. We are having issues inside our home as well, but they…
Alamo got rid of the fleas in both our yard and inside our house after the first treatment. Our fur babys haven't had fleas since then. They also got rid of ants in our house and multiple wasps nests outside. They are friendly and professional.
As far as customer service and professionalism is concerned, I'm blown away. I originally gave Alamo a mediocre review because there were services I needed that I thought I couldn't get. It turned out I just misunderstood what services they provided. They followed up with me almost immediately, and worked to figure…
I really like Alamo Pest control. With them for almost two years now. Not too costly and great results. Their customer service and technicians are absolutely top notch. Highly recommend.
Very courteous and professional employees. They always tell us their plan and then report afterwards. I highly recommend them.
