Alamo did a great job of covering up the places where rodents got into my attic. I called Alamo about my problems and Gary, the estimator, came out the following day. He did an inspection of my home and supplied me with a drawing and estimate of the work that needed to be done. I thought the price of the work was…

I recently ended service with them after many years. The service had become really bad. Technician performed rush jobs. Tried canceling service and they literally kept giving me the run around for over a month. Only to charge my account. Spoke to Jessica who did a lot of trying to sell us to stay with the company.…

We had chiggers and rodents. The rodents, we were told, would take the bait and get thirsty, causing them to leave the house. Nope. They died in the house and stunk. The chiggers are still a problem and when i called to cancel our service today they said oops they’d been spraying for fleas and ticks the whole time…
I've used Alamo for 6 years, but I don't recommend them. When I first hired them, they were very good, but they have gotten steadily worse, especially in the last year or so. We hired them to do mosquito treatments, which are quite expensive but aren't working. We are having issues inside our home as well, but they…
Leland was fantastic, friendly, informative and gave us the best service! Thank you!!
As far as customer service and professionalism is concerned, I'm blown away. I originally gave Alamo a mediocre review because there were services I needed that I thought I couldn't get. I have been using Alamo for a few years now, I signed up for their monthly plan when we had problems with wasp getting inside the house a few years back. I got to hand it to these guys, they were the only ones who stopped the problem, and I had called several pest control companies before them. Nothing helped until…
Every time anyone came they were very friendly and did a great job.
Sprayed 3 times in a 12 month Contract. When asked to come back for the "Free 2 Week Service Return", no one came to spray. I've told the Operator many times and the Service never got any better. Will not be renewing my Contract or using this Pest Control Service again.
I’ve been having trouble with spiders. The technician (Christopher) paid extra attention to my target spot (garage). Also hit fire ants. He did a great job removing wasp nests from my exterior walls. In all a productive visit.

Great service. Very thorough.
We’ve been using Alamo for a year and a half. We started with them when we moved into this house. We unknowingly bought a roach infested house🤢😭 After two treatments by Alamo we stopped seeing live bugs. We continue to have them come every two months to keep this older house under control. They are very responsive…
None of the stuff works and I tried to cancel the service and they are forcing me to keep it
