I had Chayton today so friendly and efficient absolutely love this company
We've been using Alamo for almost a year now. Excellent service, worth the money and all of the techs are wonderful. We had Chaton out today and he was the nicest, and very knowledgeable. Will be requesting him in the future.
My tech Leland M arrived on time and asked me if I had any issues that he could look at. After finishing up the service he reviewed everything he did with me and even let me know I had left a water hose on before a freeze was coming! Great service and always responsive when I call. Update: Noah came out today to…
The tech, Axel, was thorough and on time. Professional service and did a good job treating inside and out. He was very respectful of the property.
Leland Mullins was very thorough and provided fast service. I appreciated him answering all my questions and looking at my places of concerns.
They are great. Polite, On time, Respectful and very willing to work around my schedule. We appreciate the service they provide for us in keeping our home clean. Our latest service was specifically for Spiders and Scorpions and Mike A. Took real good care of us. Sprayed inside and out and I haven’t seen either…
Leland Mullins was very helpful and also explained everything he was doing. We are happy with the service we have had the last 3 years with Alamo
These are the nicest people from the office to the technician who comes to your home. Mike Aguirre was so nice, informative and knowledgeable. He took care of all our issues. Thanks for everything, Mike!
Professional
We love Alamo! All of the staff are wonderful and so kinds. They do a great job, very thorough
The technicians are always polite, ask if we're having any problems, tells us exactly what they are going to do, and checks with us before leaving. During our latest treatment, the technician, Austin, was able to relocate a large yellow garden spider from outside our kitchen window to a tree where it will be more helpful in eating insects.
Leland is a great technician !Very friendly and professional! Always on time!
The Alamo technician, Forrest, was very friendly, professional in his tasks performed, and explained everything he did to my satisfaction.
I use Alamo both at my residence and at our corporate office in Alliance. Alamo pest control is the undisputed best pest control company west of the Mississippi River. The office staff are kind and courteous. The service technicians are professional, experienced and prompt. I would highly and only recommend Alamo…
I absolutely love their customer service! They always send a friendly and professional person who provides a very good service. My technician, Stephen Quinney, went above and beyond to provide me with a great service.
I’m adding to my last review to say that the technician who treated my home exterior today (Jay) did a great job. 5 stars! Detail oriented, professional and friendly all at the same time. Along with treatment, the technician, Leland, thoroughly cleaned all the eaves. Really pro! Very pleased with his service.
Aaron arrived on time and is professional. He reviewed the service plans and options. The service was fair and efficient. Thank you.
Professional, thorough and a good communicator
Amazing service and absolutely professional technician. I have used this service at two homes now and have zero complaints. Mike A was a great help and we greatly appreciated his help.
Leland Mullins is the best technician! He goes above and beyond every time!
Alamo Pest Control has been taking care of my home for a few years. All of the technicians have been professional and kind. Our latest tech, Leland Mullins, was quick and efficient. He even took the time to help create a better set up for our rodent traps. Thank you Alamo!
Leland was awesome! He listened to all my rambling of questions, and answered everything I was worried about! (From west coast & Texas doesn’t play on bugs!) He was professional, checked in and went over everything he did before leaving. Giving honest input I trust for the seasons! I will definitely be recommending to the neighborhood!
Solid service. I had Leland come out and he was great. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and efficient.
Our pest control tech was very professional and helpful. I showed him our pest infected problems areas around the house and he sprayed them all down. He also provided us with his card to call him of the problem persisted.
Alamo has been great for the three years they have serviced our home
They are great! Fast to come out. In the Fort Worth office ask for Leland Mullins! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and he is great with fur babies! I absolutely love this company!!

Great service. Friendly and willing to do whatever is needed to be done. I have the monthly service and they come out routinely to keep things pest-free. Update: Leland was out this morning and was very efficient, conscientious, and did an excellent job. Also, I added the mosquito control option this year and seems to be working very well!
Leland Mullins is a great guy with a great attitude that does his job and does it well. Would definitely recommend him and Alamo to anyone needing pest control.
Aaron culver was so amazing!! He really was informative and covered everything I will need to know about my services. He also is very funny and made the time he was at my residence hilarious. Thanks a million Aaron!!!
We had an awesome tech come out, Leland Mullins. He was very attentive to our every need. I told him the specific problem we’ve had and not only was he knowledgeable about what to use for the problem but did it WITHOUT a sigh or look of being annoyed.
The absolute best Pest Control Service out there. They text you to let you know when they arriving, they have taken care of any issue that may come up. To be quite honest no issues have come up because of their great service.
Leland was great!
Great first application. Such a terrific, professional, knowledgeable young man came to do our initial visit. Glad we are a “new” regular customer.
Very professional service. Details explained.
I really like Alamo Pest control. With them for almost two years now. Not too costly and great results. Their customer service and technicians are absolutely top notch. Highly recommend.
Very courteous and professional employees. They always tell us their plan and then report afterwards. I highly recommend them.
I am getting it done May 8th
Excellent service all round.
Leland was very helpful and listened to my concerns. He made sure that i felt comfortable with everything by the end of the visit. Was on time, professional and friendly. Its not every day you come across good hearted people, who are compassionate. People like Leland make this world a better place. Thank you Leland and Alamo!
Thanks, for a very good and p Professional service.
I don’t remember the name of the technician that came out but he was awesome! He was very patient and thorough with his inspection and treatment. He went over the treatment coverage for the plan I selected. He went above and beyond but more importantly he did this on a Saturday. Not having to take off work to get…
They are thorough
I had issues with ants, spiders and wasp. I called Alamo about an existing scheduled service for my house that they changed. The representative kindly asked if requested a date change, I said no. She put me on hold and confirmed the original date and time. Sometimes, the simplest things can become difficult to fix.…
I have been using Alamo for a few years now, I signed up for their monthly plan when we had problems with wasp getting inside the house a few years back. I got to hand it to these guys, they were the only ones who stopped the problem, and I had called several pest control companies before them. Nothing helped until…
Sprayed 3 times in a 12 month Contract. When asked to come back for the "Free 2 Week Service Return", no one came to spray. I've told the Operator many times and the Service never got any better. Will not be renewing my Contract or using this Pest Control Service again.
Alamo came out today and they did a great job. The young man that came out to do the inspection was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us informed while spaying the house. We have finally found a pest control company that trust and look forward to working with them.
I’ve been having trouble with spiders. The technician (Christopher) paid extra attention to my target spot (garage). Also hit fire ants. He did a great job removing wasp nests from my exterior walls. In all a productive visit.
We use them once a year(Springtime )& have been using them for years now! I like to keep all bugs away so every Spring/Summer we have them come out to a pray the lower level of the house inside. They spray inside the attached garage, around the outside of our house plus eaves & in the grass. They always have done a good job.
I am very happy with Alamo. They do a very thorough job and are always professional!!
Very good.
Great service. Very thorough.
None of the stuff works and I tried to cancel the service and they are forcing me to keep it
Friendly service and great results at an affordable monthly price.
We have an annual contract. They show up every other month. They spray, everywhere, and it really keeps the bugs away. They check the traps and make sure that everything is up to par at all times. They are professional and courteous. They are in and out in a timely fashion. They notify us of any changes and…
Very thorough tech
We just started the service today, the tech Aaron was very knowledgeable and professional. We are having them take care of a mosquito problem and also spray in our house. The only downside is one of his mosquito traps was actually broken, and they could not put it out yet. They should be out in a day or two to do…
Tried to end contract was made to run around in circles, the company was not transparent about service. Do not recommend.
Very pleased with the service. Austin was very kind and informative. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you.
