I had Chayton today so friendly and efficient absolutely love this company
We've been using Alamo for almost a year now. Excellent service, worth the money and all of the techs are wonderful. We had Chaton out today and he was the nicest, and very knowledgeable. Will be requesting him in the future.
My tech Leland M arrived on time and asked me if I had any issues that he could look at. After finishing up the service he reviewed everything he did with me and even let me know I had left a water hose on before a freeze was coming! Great service and always responsive when I call. Update: Noah came out today to…
The tech, Axel, was thorough and on time. Professional service and did a good job treating inside and out. He was very respectful of the property.
Leland Mullins was very thorough and provided fast service. I appreciated him answering all my questions and looking at my places of concerns.
They are great. Polite, On time, Respectful and very willing to work around my schedule. We appreciate the service they provide for us in keeping our home clean. Our latest service was specifically for Spiders and Scorpions and Mike A. Took real good care of us. Sprayed inside and out and I haven’t seen either…
Leland Mullins was very helpful and also explained everything he was doing. We are happy with the service we have had the last 3 years with Alamo
These are the nicest people from the office to the technician who comes to your home. Mike Aguirre was so nice, informative and knowledgeable. He took care of all our issues. Thanks for everything, Mike!
Professional
We love Alamo! All of the staff are wonderful and so kinds. They do a great job, very thorough
The technicians are always polite, ask if we're having any problems, tells us exactly what they are going to do, and checks with us before leaving. During our latest treatment, the technician, Austin, was able to relocate a large yellow garden spider from outside our kitchen window to a tree where it will be more helpful in eating insects.
Leland is a great technician !Very friendly and professional! Always on time!
The Alamo technician, Forrest, was very friendly, professional in his tasks performed, and explained everything he did to my satisfaction.
I use Alamo both at my residence and at our corporate office in Alliance. Alamo pest control is the undisputed best pest control company west of the Mississippi River. The office staff are kind and courteous. The service technicians are professional, experienced and prompt. I would highly and only recommend Alamo…
I absolutely love their customer service! They always send a friendly and professional person who provides a very good service. My technician, Stephen Quinney, went above and beyond to provide me with a great service.
I’m adding to my last review to say that the technician who treated my home exterior today (Jay) did a great job. 5 stars! Detail oriented, professional and friendly all at the same time. Along with treatment, the technician, Leland, thoroughly cleaned all the eaves. Really pro! Very pleased with his service.
Aaron arrived on time and is professional. He reviewed the service plans and options. The service was fair and efficient. Thank you.
Professional, thorough and a good communicator
Amazing service and absolutely professional technician. I have used this service at two homes now and have zero complaints. Mike A was a great help and we greatly appreciated his help.
Leland Mullins is the best technician! He goes above and beyond every time!
Alamo Pest Control has been taking care of my home for a few years. All of the technicians have been professional and kind. Our latest tech, Leland Mullins, was quick and efficient. He even took the time to help create a better set up for our rodent traps. Thank you Alamo!
Leland was awesome! He listened to all my rambling of questions, and answered everything I was worried about! (From west coast & Texas doesn’t play on bugs!) He was professional, checked in and went over everything he did before leaving. Giving honest input I trust for the seasons! I will definitely be recommending to the neighborhood!
Solid service. I had Leland come out and he was great. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and efficient.
Our pest control tech was very professional and helpful. I showed him our pest infected problems areas around the house and he sprayed them all down. He also provided us with his card to call him of the problem persisted.
Alamo has been great for the three years they have serviced our home
They are great! Fast to come out. In the Fort Worth office ask for Leland Mullins! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and he is great with fur babies! I absolutely love this company!!

Great service. Friendly and willing to do whatever is needed to be done. I have the monthly service and they come out routinely to keep things pest-free. Update: Leland was out this morning and was very efficient, conscientious, and did an excellent job. Also, I added the mosquito control option this year and seems to be working very well!
Leland Mullins is a great guy with a great attitude that does his job and does it well. Would definitely recommend him and Alamo to anyone needing pest control.
Aaron culver was so amazing!! He really was informative and covered everything I will need to know about my services. He also is very funny and made the time he was at my residence hilarious. Thanks a million Aaron!!!
We had an awesome tech come out, Leland Mullins. He was very attentive to our every need. I told him the specific problem we’ve had and not only was he knowledgeable about what to use for the problem but did it WITHOUT a sigh or look of being annoyed.
The absolute best Pest Control Service out there. They text you to let you know when they arriving, they have taken care of any issue that may come up. To be quite honest no issues have come up because of their great service.
Leland was great!
Great first application. Such a terrific, professional, knowledgeable young man came to do our initial visit. Glad we are a “new” regular customer.
Very professional service. Details explained.
I really like Alamo Pest control. With them for almost two years now. Not too costly and great results. Their customer service and technicians are absolutely top notch. Highly recommend.
Very courteous and professional employees. They always tell us their plan and then report afterwards. I highly recommend them.
I am getting it done May 8th
Excellent service all round.
Leland was very helpful and listened to my concerns. He made sure that i felt comfortable with everything by the end of the visit. Was on time, professional and friendly. Its not every day you come across good hearted people, who are compassionate. People like Leland make this world a better place. Thank you Leland and Alamo!
Thanks, for a very good and p Professional service.
I don’t remember the name of the technician that came out but he was awesome! He was very patient and thorough with his inspection and treatment. He went over the treatment coverage for the plan I selected. He went above and beyond but more importantly he did this on a Saturday. Not having to take off work to get…
They are thorough
I had issues with ants, spiders and wasp. I called Alamo about an existing scheduled service for my house that they changed. The representative kindly asked if requested a date change, I said no. She put me on hold and confirmed the original date and time. Sometimes, the simplest things can become difficult to fix.…
I have been using Alamo for a few years now, I signed up for their monthly plan when we had problems with wasp getting inside the house a few years back. I got to hand it to these guys, they were the only ones who stopped the problem, and I had called several pest control companies before them. Nothing helped until…
Sprayed 3 times in a 12 month Contract. When asked to come back for the "Free 2 Week Service Return", no one came to spray. I've told the Operator many times and the Service never got any better. Will not be renewing my Contract or using this Pest Control Service again.
Alamo came out today and they did a great job. The young man that came out to do the inspection was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us informed while spaying the house. We have finally found a pest control company that trust and look forward to working with them.
I’ve been having trouble with spiders. The technician (Christopher) paid extra attention to my target spot (garage). Also hit fire ants. He did a great job removing wasp nests from my exterior walls. In all a productive visit.
We use them once a year(Springtime )& have been using them for years now! I like to keep all bugs away so every Spring/Summer we have them come out to a pray the lower level of the house inside. They spray inside the attached garage, around the outside of our house plus eaves & in the grass. They always have done a good job.
I am very happy with Alamo. They do a very thorough job and are always professional!!
Very good.
Great service. Very thorough.
None of the stuff works and I tried to cancel the service and they are forcing me to keep it
Friendly service and great results at an affordable monthly price.
We have an annual contract. They show up every other month. They spray, everywhere, and it really keeps the bugs away. They check the traps and make sure that everything is up to par at all times. They are professional and courteous. They are in and out in a timely fashion. They notify us of any changes and…
Very thorough tech
We just started the service today, the tech Aaron was very knowledgeable and professional. We are having them take care of a mosquito problem and also spray in our house. The only downside is one of his mosquito traps was actually broken, and they could not put it out yet. They should be out in a day or two to do…
Tried to end contract was made to run around in circles, the company was not transparent about service. Do not recommend.
Very pleased with the service. Austin was very kind and informative. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you.
The serviceman that we had, Steven, was the nicest and most professional bug man that we have had!! I would definately like for him to come back next time!
I am glad I used them. They were in time. Very professional. Daniel was very thorough, kind & considerate.
Austin was punctual, polite, professional and passionate about his work. We talked about the safety of his product and were reassured by his data-driven knowledge. He knew pricing for additional services and provided it to us. He was VERY thorough and explained everything he did before he did it. I cannot praise…
Worker did a great job. Very professional & friendly! They we’re running behind but called to let me know & reschedule a later time same day
I have LOVED using this service!!! The staff are all incredible and they have solved all of my old house rodent/bug/pest problems. They're incredibly responsive and prompt. I have recommended Alamo to everyone I know who needs a pest control service. Definitely go with Alamo! For reference, I use a monthly service.
I told Shawna about the problem I had with wasp and she called me and recommended a better plan and waved the upgrade fee… Great customer service!!!!!!
I have been very happy with Alamo . They have kept my home bug free. If I have a problem they come out immediately.
I have been using Alamo for 4 years they are a great value considering the cost of just one flea or roach infestation. They come quarterly but I can call them if I notice anything between treatment's such as bee's and they will respond promptly to treat the problem.I
Rudy García did an awesome job! Great Technician very knowledgeable.
Rudy G has been to our house twice now and has always been so polite and kind. When he sprayed inside our house he offered to take off his shoes (which a lot of service techs don't) so dirt wouldn't track into our house. He was very thorough and you can see he takes a lot of pride in his work. He definitely deserves…
Great, professional experience getting our yearly pest control set up with Alamo! Aaron, our technician, did a great job.
Rudy Garcia came out and was extremely professional and courteous while listening to the items I needed him to address and giving me detailed feedback. I have been an Alamo Pest client for years now. We got a quote for pest control last month from a different company and felt that they were pushy and the price they were charging was outrageous. We called Alamo, and they were able to come out within 2 days of our phone call. They were on time for the appointment, and they gave us an amazing price. Aaron was very…

We had the pleasure of our home being serviced by Jonathan Pitts. He was very professional, polite, and on time. As a matter of fact, he came ahead of the scheduled time. John was great!!!
Daniel was very personable, prompt, and helpful in explaining everything. 10/10 would recommend him and Alamo Pest Control.
Have used them for the past 2 years and will continue because their product works and they stand behind the job they do. Jay is an honest guy who doesn't push sales and has helped us with a thorough inspection to prevent as many scorpions from coming in as possible. Could not be happier with the service he provides and will always come back!
We have just moved to Fort Worth and researched multiple companies. Alamo was rated one of the highest; and with the best reviews. I now understand why. Our technician is Jay Robinson. He was first - on time. Then he walked thru the full process and explained every item in detail. I did not have any questions…
Rudy Garcia was every professional kind and explain what he was about to do asked permission before opening doors. He sprayed base boards and window base boards behind curtains. Jay was our Technician that came out and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, personable, kind, and efficient. He did not just give us a pushy sales outing like you often get in sales, but gave us clear good information and then gave us space to make the decision.
Jay was our technician and he was really great. Very informative and answered all my questions did everything we asked him to do. I hope he stays our tech for the time we use Alamo!
I have only had great experiences with Alamo. Professional, prompt and takes care of the need. I've used them for wolf spiders, regular treatment and sugar ants. Once they come out and treat it, I don't see the insects anymore. I am pleased!
Great experience. Mike was professional and took care of the issue we had with ants.
Jesse came out to my house and did a great job. He took his time and address all my concerns. Great company and employees. Would definitely recommend for pest control!
John came out for the estimate and to perform the service work and was great. Professional, respectful, polite and easy to talk to. He dealt with my messy house (two kids under two) while I was on a work call and had two dogs inside; high five, kudos and a raise for John!!
Alamo has been very responsive, and not just when it immediately benefits them (ie sales) but also when we had a concern. Someone is always available to take our phone call during business hours too. Our bug issue decreased dramatically after the first visit.
Since moving to Fort Worth, Alamo has been my go-to pest control service. They’ve never tried to sell me anything I did not want. As one would expect, the actual pest control specialists are very knowledgeable when it comes to which pest control is best for your house and so far they’ve been spot on with that. The…
Jay did an awesome job! We live near a very open field as well as right next to a stream, so there’s a fair amount of insect and animal activity. Because of this, we decided to go with the defender package where they perform monthly services. We had an issue with ants inside the house and baby spiders around my…
Aaron was very professional and great at explaining the services we needed! He was on time and even came back since the rain kept us from spraying the outside the first time! Definitely recommend this place for anyone having ant issues with all the rain. And sign up with the yearly contract it’s cheaper than all the places we spoke with!

Daniel and Rudy came out today for the initial treatment of my home. They were the definition of professional! Aaron was our technician and he came out on a rainy day, knowing he was unable to spray but wanted us to have a real person to speak with. Answered all of my 100 questions.
