Dylan was my tech - outstanding young man - courteous and professional. He went above and beyond my expectations. He enlightened me on some of the causes of my problems with some insects.
they do a great job, and u don't know they are even there
All employees we have interacted with have great customer service. Scheduling is always a breeze and flexible. As far as services, they are always great too and we notice a quick impact. All around excellent service.
The Technician Leland was thorough, he identified multiple active termite areas, explained everything clearly, very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He did a great job from start to finish.
Dustin Green was fantastic! Super helpful. Talked us through the procedures that he would take to treat the termites. Showed us difference between different termites. Explained what coverage would be covered afterwards, including treatment for carpenter ants. Was a joy to also talk to. Made everything real easy.
Dustin Green stopp d by and was super nice and very helpful! Waiting to get treatment on Friday now.
You KNOW how scary it is to find termite evidence near your home! Daniel came out asap and made clear explanations of everything from pricing, scheduling, and even breaking down the science of pest management for us. Super smooth setup and I'm looking forward to giving bugs the eviction notice!

If you want to pay hundreds of dollars for ONLY bait stations, go right ahead. Alamo pest control service controls no pests.
Absolutely recommend this company especially Leland . He has handled a majority of general issues as well as termites . Guy is very detailed and ensures his customers are well taken care of
The best service in the metroplex! Leland, Josh and Noah are some of the most knowledgeable techs that I have ever encountered and they are also very friendly and thorough. This will be the last pest control service that you ever sign up for- guaranteed.
Mr Dillard was on time and very respectful. He listened carefully to our experience and followed through on taking preventative steps. He quietly went about the business of protection for our home. We have had a great experience with Alamo!
Had them come out in the middle of October 2025 and treat my house, had bugs appear again late November 2025 called them to come back out December 3rd 2025 they showed up 12/4 only to tell me they don't warranty their work, so I spent over $300 a little over a month ago for nothing. This is sad that people want to…
Nothing but great experiences with Alamo! Great service overall 10/10
I have been using Alamo for pest control over the last few years. Today Axel came as my bug guy for the usual check up visit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to take care of all of my concerns and also gave me extra info to boot. Thanks Axel for going above and beyond for me.
Jessica was very understanding and helpful with a concern that we had.
On time. Professional. Worked quickly. Fair price
I have used them for years …my family uses them …They're warm and friendly and very professionally and work with your schedule.
I use Alamo both at my residence and at our corporate office in Alliance. Alamo pest control is the undisputed best pest control company west of the Mississippi River. The office staff are kind and courteous. The service technicians are professional, experienced and prompt. I would highly and only recommend Alamo…
I’m adding to my last review to say that the technician who treated my home exterior today (Jay) did a great job. 5 stars! Detail oriented, professional and friendly all at the same time. Along with treatment, the technician, Leland, thoroughly cleaned all the eaves. Really pro! Very pleased with his service.
Alamo Pest Control has been taking care of my home for a few years. All of the technicians have been professional and kind. Our latest tech, Leland Mullins, was quick and efficient. He even took the time to help create a better set up for our rodent traps. Thank you Alamo!
Our pest control tech was very professional and helpful. I showed him our pest infected problems areas around the house and he sprayed them all down. He also provided us with his card to call him of the problem persisted.
They are great! Fast to come out. In the Fort Worth office ask for Leland Mullins! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and he is great with fur babies! I absolutely love this company!!
Our tech was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Absolutely someone you want representing the company.
The absolute best Pest Control Service out there. They text you to let you know when they arriving, they have taken care of any issue that may come up. To be quite honest no issues have come up because of their great service.

Great service. Very thorough.
We’ve been using Alamo for a year and a half. We started with them when we moved into this house. We unknowingly bought a roach infested house🤢😭 After two treatments by Alamo we stopped seeing live bugs. We continue to have them come every two months to keep this older house under control. They are very responsive…
None of the stuff works and I tried to cancel the service and they are forcing me to keep it
We have an annual contract. They show up every other month. They spray, everywhere, and it really keeps the bugs away. They check the traps and make sure that everything is up to par at all times. They are professional and courteous. They are in and out in a timely fashion. They notify us of any changes and…
Very professional, on time, and thorough service Kirby Meints
Tried to end contract was made to run around in circles, the company was not transparent about service. Do not recommend.

Rudy García did an awesome job! Great Technician very knowledgeable.
Rudy came out today for a one year inspection after having termites in 2021. Disturbingly enough, one of the baits on the opposite side of the house from where we found the original problem was pretty chewed up so they replace that and I'm definitely happy with their service, professionalism, etc. I'm keeping the…
Rudy G. was timely and very professional! He had a great personality and I definitely would request using him in the future.
Rudy G has been to our house twice now and has always been so polite and kind. When he sprayed inside our house he offered to take off his shoes (which a lot of service techs don't) so dirt wouldn't track into our house. He was very thorough and you can see he takes a lot of pride in his work. He definitely deserves…

We have just moved to Fort Worth and researched multiple companies. Alamo was rated one of the highest; and with the best reviews. I now understand why. Our technician is Jay Robinson. He was first - on time. Then he walked thru the full process and explained every item in detail. I did not have any questions…
Rudy was awesome! Professional too, he heard every concern I had and was on point! Thanks Rudy!
Alamo has been very responsive, and not just when it immediately benefits them (ie sales) but also when we had a concern. Someone is always available to take our phone call during business hours too. Our bug issue decreased dramatically after the first visit.
Quick response and great response. Solved our issue in a very timely manner.

They are fast and get to point I don't have to be home or be standing around while they treat my house.
