Signed a one-year contract with Alamo Pest Management that automatically renews annually unless you cancel more than 30 days before renewal. I followed the contract. I sent my cancellation email on April 2nd — well before the renewal date — and kept proof of it in my sent inbox with timestamps and the correct email…

Had them come out in the middle of October 2025 and treat my house, had bugs appear again late November 2025 called them to come back out December 3rd 2025 they showed up 12/4 only to tell me they don't warranty their work, so I spent over $300 a little over a month ago for nothing. This is sad that people want to…

Alamo is has been extremely friendly and helpful anytime that I’ve had to call. The personnel that arrive to my home are always professional and courteous. I have never had a problem with them responding for an urgent matter or a simple follow up. My favorite part is when they always tell me to have a blessed day, Thanks, Alamo!
We love Alamo! All of the staff are wonderful and so kinds. They do a great job, very thorough
Exterminator was very professional.
The technicians are always polite, ask if we're having any problems, tells us exactly what they are going to do, and checks with us before leaving. During our latest treatment, the technician, Austin, was able to relocate a large yellow garden spider from outside our kitchen window to a tree where it will be more helpful in eating insects.
They answer the phone when you call them and are routinely flexible in scheduling/providing treatment. Very impressive service! This is not the first time I have left a review, and their level of servive is consistent. We dont have bugs.

I’m adding to my last review to say that the technician who treated my home exterior today (Jay) did a great job. 5 stars! Detail oriented, professional and friendly all at the same time. He was professional, checked in and went over everything he did before leaving. Giving honest input I trust for the seasons! I will definitely be recommending to the neighborhood!
Our pest control tech was very professional and helpful. I showed him our pest infected problems areas around the house and he sprayed them all down. He also provided us with his card to call him of the problem persisted.

Alamo got rid of the fleas in both our yard and inside our house after the first treatment. Our fur babys haven't had fleas since then. They also got rid of ants in our house and multiple wasps nests outside. They are friendly and professional.
Very professional service. Details explained.

Very professional company and workers. Always quick to answer calls and answer our questions. When they come to inspect and check the termite stations they are quick and respectful. Always willing to take care of any insect problems we have inside or outside of our home.
Great service! Friendly & helpful!
Sprayed 3 times in a 12 month Contract. When asked to come back for the "Free 2 Week Service Return", no one came to spray. I've told the Operator many times and the Service never got any better. Will not be renewing my Contract or using this Pest Control Service again.
I’ve been having trouble with spiders. The technician (Christopher) paid extra attention to my target spot (garage). Also hit fire ants. He did a great job removing wasp nests from my exterior walls. In all a productive visit.
We use them once a year(Springtime )& have been using them for years now! I like to keep all bugs away so every Spring/Summer we have them come out to a pray the lower level of the house inside. They spray inside the attached garage, around the outside of our house plus eaves & in the grass. They always have done a good job.
