The technicians are always polite, ask if we're having any problems, tells us exactly what they are going to do, and checks with us before leaving. During our latest treatment, the technician, Austin, was able to relocate a large yellow garden spider from outside our kitchen window to a tree where it will be more helpful in eating insects.
They answer the phone when you call them and are routinely flexible in scheduling/providing treatment. Very impressive service! This is not the first time I have left a review, and their level of servive is consistent. We dont have bugs.

Sprayed 3 times in a 12 month Contract. When asked to come back for the "Free 2 Week Service Return", no one came to spray. I've told the Operator many times and the Service never got any better. Will not be renewing my Contract or using this Pest Control Service again.
I’ve been having trouble with spiders. The technician (Christopher) paid extra attention to my target spot (garage). Also hit fire ants. He did a great job removing wasp nests from my exterior walls. In all a productive visit.
We use them once a year(Springtime )& have been using them for years now! I like to keep all bugs away so every Spring/Summer we have them come out to a pray the lower level of the house inside. They spray inside the attached garage, around the outside of our house plus eaves & in the grass. They always have done a good job.
