We needed the technician to come a few days early and Alamo was able to schedule the technician for us! Chayton kept us informed as to when he would be at our house. He was very polite as all their staff are. He took care of our house on a hot summer day! Thank you Chayton and Alamo!!!

I’ve had ongoing service with Alamo Pest Control and recently called because I felt like I was seeing more roaches, even though most were dead. They were great about scheduling an appointment quickly. Steven, the technician who came out, was attentive, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He…
We’ve used Alamo Pest for 3 years and have been very happy with their services. They are quick to respond and would come out to our house fast whenever we had concerns.
Signed a one-year contract with Alamo Pest Management that automatically renews annually unless you cancel more than 30 days before renewal. I followed the contract. I sent my cancellation email on April 2nd — well before the renewal date — and kept proof of it in my sent inbox with timestamps and the correct email…

The Technician Leland was thorough, he identified multiple active termite areas, explained everything clearly, very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He did a great job from start to finish.
I live on water. I have Giant Cockroaches. Alamo hears from me quite a bit. The roaches are dead when they arrive in my house which is devastating as I have to throw them out. I am a new widow… no husband to get the bugs. I called for extra service as it has been raining and the roaches are one too many. I called…
I would just like to say, Mr. Aiden Carter is one hell of a worker! He was very accommodating to the house not being correctly set up for him to spray and patiently waited. And with any questions asked he had answers too! Don’t let this one go
The man that came out to spray was very nice & informative.

I’ve been using Alamo for years and consistently get great service from each technician. Noah was great today! I appreciated his knowledge and the care he took. Can’t recommend Alamo enough!
I have not had any bugs since they treated inside and out. They offered a one time treatment option which none of the other companies I spoke with offered. Both the initial consultation and the treatment were done by professional and pleasant men. I was very impressed that they were respectful of my property and wore "paper booties" inside.
We are constantly pleased with the service we receive from Alamo! We have been customers for years now, and they have never let us down. They address every concern we have, and even some they see that we don’t even know about. Today, Noah did an exceptional job, was thorough, and was so considerate. We are truly…
The best service in the metroplex! Leland, Josh and Noah are some of the most knowledgeable techs that I have ever encountered and they are also very friendly and thorough. This will be the last pest control service that you ever sign up for- guaranteed.

James was professional and friendly. He took time and walked through my property thoroughly and treated all the way around for potential issues such as wasps, spiders, and ants etc..Thank you very much.
Had them come out in the middle of October 2025 and treat my house, had bugs appear again late November 2025 called them to come back out December 3rd 2025 they showed up 12/4 only to tell me they don't warranty their work, so I spent over $300 a little over a month ago for nothing. This is sad that people want to…
I called up for a re-service and they want to wait for a few more weeks before they will come and re-treat. They just came out a couple of days ago and I am not happy with this service. They won't even get a manager on the call. They said he will call me back tomorrow.
We had service today with Axel and could not be more satisfied. He was able to locate so many wasp nests outside of our house and took care of them all. In addition he helped check our attic spaces and spray inside. He was very professional. We will continue to use this service.
