Great experience , the service was explained in detail . I do have an infestation of reds elder wood bugs that come out due to the trees around my property. James sprayed all around and hopefully I don’t see those bugs or any other bugs for a while . James knew what to do as soon as he saw the issue with the bugs .…
I wanted to share an update about my recent experience. Initially I had a very frustrating interaction, and my review was at one star. However, less than 20 minutes later, I received a call from the supervisor, Jessica Ramirez. She was incredibly apologetic and took the time to address the situation thoughtfully.…
James Motelet showed up as scheduled to do routine mosquito maintenance & ended up saving the day by doing so much more than that when we unexpectedly discovered a dead opossum. He was very kind & professional. James went above & beyond today!
Would highly recommend Alamo and the technician Leland who helped take care of my spider problem. Leland was extremely professional and reasonable. They weren’t trying to sell me on things I didn’t need and addressed my problem promptly. I’ll be calling them for every future pest problem for sure.

Found out on a Friday afternoon that the terrible smell in our house was not a plumbing issue, but rather a dead possum! Called Alamo Termite & Pest Control and within an hour, a very nice young man, who could fit in the small crawlspace under our house, managed to get the possum out of a tight space. He took it…
I was very impressed with Alamo and specifically Austin. He was prompt, very thorough and considerate of the animal. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them again in the future if needed. SUPER HAPPY!!!
job well done Daniel
Rudy G has been to our house twice now and has always been so polite and kind. When he sprayed inside our house he offered to take off his shoes (which a lot of service techs don't) so dirt wouldn't track into our house. He was very thorough and you can see he takes a lot of pride in his work. He definitely deserves…
