He always does an excellent job thank you!!
Very happy with Alamo pest control. 10 out of 10 work. They come out even when not scheduled. There's a significant difference with a mosquito control now. We can enjoy outside. Chayton comes out to the house and he's very thorough. Very happy with the service.
I am very pleased with the service Alamo provided. It is easy to make an appointment, the staff is very friendly and the service technician is approachable and helpful. Great Company!
The people answering the phone all of the way to the person who came out to my home were friendly, professional and did exactly what they said that they would do.
All employees we have interacted with have great customer service. Scheduling is always a breeze and flexible. As far as services, they are always great too and we notice a quick impact. All around excellent service.
Great service…Clayton is very knowledgeable and thorough when treating our yard.
Chayton was professional and courteous. Very thorough.
Had a service call today from Alamo Pest Control and my technician was Sergio. He did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this individual for your service needs.
Chayton did an excellent job. Very professional and efficient.
Signed a one-year contract with Alamo Pest Management that automatically renews annually unless you cancel more than 30 days before renewal. I followed the contract. I sent my cancellation email on April 2nd — well before the renewal date — and kept proof of it in my sent inbox with timestamps and the correct email…
I called needing an emergency service because the pest control company I had been using (for 4 years) couldn’t come take care of me for over a week. Kara helped me get set up and took care of the front end process flawlessly. She sent their technician, Daniel, out to perform the service within 2 hours of our call.…
Transparent, punctual, gets the job done. We use Alamo for both our home and business, and they have eliminated the bugs from both locations. Their membership makes it simple. Highly recommend! Noah is amazing, kind, and quick!
Leland is very nice and does a thorough job. Thank you!
The best service in the metroplex! Leland, Josh and Noah are some of the most knowledgeable techs that I have ever encountered and they are also very friendly and thorough. This will be the last pest control service that you ever sign up for- guaranteed.
Noah did a wonderful job. He let me know he was on his way.
Dylan was my technician and he was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
James Motelet showed up as scheduled to do routine mosquito maintenance & ended up saving the day by doing so much more than that when we unexpectedly discovered a dead opossum. He was very kind & professional. James went above & beyond today!
Super impressed 10/100000000 the technician explained every step with details he did not disappoint. Thank you so much Mr. Leland
I have been using Alamo for pest control over the last few years. Today Axel came as my bug guy for the usual check up visit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to take care of all of my concerns and also gave me extra info to boot. Thanks Axel for going above and beyond for me.
On time. Professional. Worked quickly. Fair price

They answer the phone when you call them and are routinely flexible in scheduling/providing treatment. Very impressive service! This is not the first time I have left a review, and their level of servive is consistent. We dont have bugs.
I use Alamo both at my residence and at our corporate office in Alliance. Alamo pest control is the undisputed best pest control company west of the Mississippi River. The office staff are kind and courteous. The service technicians are professional, experienced and prompt. I would highly and only recommend Alamo…
Alamo Pest Control has been taking care of my home for a few years. All of the technicians have been professional and kind. Our latest tech, Leland Mullins, was quick and efficient. He even took the time to help create a better set up for our rodent traps. Thank you Alamo!
They are great! Fast to come out. In the Fort Worth office ask for Leland Mullins! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and he is great with fur babies! I absolutely love this company!!
Alamo Pest Control is an amazing company all around! Their customer service has always been so quick, helpful, and clear. Any concerns I have brought up have always been addressed completely and promptly. I have been a customer since for 8 years and feel a strong loyalty to this company because I trust that I will…
Great service. Friendly and willing to do whatever is needed to be done. I have the monthly service and they come out routinely to keep things pest-free. Update: Leland was out this morning and was very efficient, conscientious, and did an excellent job. Also, I added the mosquito control option this year and seems to be working very well!
Leland Mullins is a great guy with a great attitude that does his job and does it well. Would definitely recommend him and Alamo to anyone needing pest control.
Everything about Leland’s service was impeccable! He was not only courteous and professional but even took me outside to show me what he was doing and explained why and how he was doing it. He also offered good options and experiences to why I had wasps. When he finished doing his job he even offered to use my…
The absolute best Pest Control Service out there. They text you to let you know when they arriving, they have taken care of any issue that may come up. To be quite honest no issues have come up because of their great service.
I've used Alamo for 6 years, but I don't recommend them. When I first hired them, they were very good, but they have gotten steadily worse, especially in the last year or so. We hired them to do mosquito treatments, which are quite expensive but aren't working. We are having issues inside our home as well, but they…
Excellent customer service. John was attentive and friendly. Right after he left, it started pouring down rain and my husband was worried that it would impact our treatment. He called Alamo and they let him know that if we still had mosquitos and/or fleas after one week, they would come out and respray for free. I would highly recommend this business!
Leland was very professional and very nice. Also, great on getting me to understand how these products will help us around our house.
Leland was very helpful and listened to my concerns. He made sure that i felt comfortable with everything by the end of the visit. Was on time, professional and friendly. Its not every day you come across good hearted people, who are compassionate. People like Leland make this world a better place. Thank you Leland and Alamo!
Very kind and professional technician!!! Would highly recommend Alamo
Chris did a great job spraying my yard as well as spraying the inside of the house to prevent further bug problems. He was organized and did it in a timely manner.
I used Alamo for a few years and never had a complaint.
It is rare in these times to find a company that is as focused on customer service as Alamo Pest Control. They also know a lot about killing bugs too!
Sprayed 3 times in a 12 month Contract. When asked to come back for the "Free 2 Week Service Return", no one came to spray. I've told the Operator many times and the Service never got any better. Will not be renewing my Contract or using this Pest Control Service again.
The service technician was professional and thorough. Always on time and kind. Highly recommend the service for ease and peace of mind.
