I called needing an emergency service because the pest control company I had been using (for 4 years) couldn’t come take care of me for over a week. I have not had any bugs since they treated inside and out. They offered a one time treatment option which none of the other companies I spoke with offered. Both the initial consultation and the treatment were done by professional and pleasant men. I was very impressed that they were respectful of my property and wore "paper booties" inside.
Axel was very kind and professional. He was clean and wore shoe covers and made sure we had everything taken care of. Glad we are using Alamo. My wife says they always hire nice people.
The best service in the metroplex! Leland, Josh and Noah are some of the most knowledgeable techs that I have ever encountered and they are also very friendly and thorough. This will be the last pest control service that you ever sign up for- guaranteed.

Had them come out in the middle of October 2025 and treat my house, had bugs appear again late November 2025 called them to come back out December 3rd 2025 they showed up 12/4 only to tell me they don't warranty their work, so I spent over $300 a little over a month ago for nothing. This is sad that people want to…

Great service. Friendly and willing to do whatever is needed to be done. I have the monthly service and they come out routinely to keep things pest-free. Update: Leland was out this morning and was very efficient, conscientious, and did an excellent job. Also, I added the mosquito control option this year and seems to be working very well!
John was fantastic. Very kind and explained things easily.

Great first application. Such a terrific, professional, knowledgeable young man came to do our initial visit. Glad we are a “new” regular customer.
Alamo got rid of the fleas in both our yard and inside our house after the first treatment. Our fur babys haven't had fleas since then. They also got rid of ants in our house and multiple wasps nests outside. They are friendly and professional.

Austin was very clean cut, professional and thorough representative of Alamo! My wife and I prefer him to treat our home every time service is needed.
As far as customer service and professionalism is concerned, I'm blown away. I originally gave Alamo a mediocre review because there were services I needed that I thought I couldn't get. It turned out I just misunderstood what services they provided. They followed up with me almost immediately, and worked to figure…
I really like Alamo Pest control. With them for almost two years now. Not too costly and great results. Their customer service and technicians are absolutely top notch. Highly recommend.

They are thorough
I had issues with ants, spiders and wasp. I called Alamo about an existing scheduled service for my house that they changed. The representative kindly asked if requested a date change, I said no. I have been using Alamo for a few years now, I signed up for their monthly plan when we had problems with wasp getting inside the house a few years back. I got to hand it to these guys, they were the only ones who stopped the problem, and I had called several pest control companies before them. Nothing helped until…
Has a big bee nest underneath the roof of the house they took care of it and spray our trees in the backyard
Sprayed 3 times in a 12 month Contract. When asked to come back for the "Free 2 Week Service Return", no one came to spray. I've told the Operator many times and the Service never got any better. Will not be renewing my Contract or using this Pest Control Service again.
The service technician was professional and thorough. Always on time and kind. Highly recommend the service for ease and peace of mind.
I’ve been having trouble with spiders. The technician (Christopher) paid extra attention to my target spot (garage). Also hit fire ants. He did a great job removing wasp nests from my exterior walls. In all a productive visit.
We use them once a year(Springtime )& have been using them for years now! I like to keep all bugs away so every Spring/Summer we have them come out to a pray the lower level of the house inside. They spray inside the attached garage, around the outside of our house plus eaves & in the grass. They always have done a good job.
I am very happy with Alamo. They do a very thorough job and are always professional!!
They are courteous and thorough about addressing any insect or rodent activity. I have found the technicians to be dependable and pleasant.
Very effective. We own an apartment building and are very pleased.
Great service. Very thorough.
None of the stuff works and I tried to cancel the service and they are forcing me to keep it
Tried to end contract was made to run around in circles, the company was not transparent about service. Do not recommend.
The serviceman that we had, Steven, was the nicest and most professional bug man that we have had!! I would definately like for him to come back next time!
I am glad I used them. They were in time. Very professional. Daniel was very thorough, kind & considerate.

The technician John was on time. He was professional, courteous and a very good communicator answering any questions I had. The outside perimeter of my house was treated and I felt the service was excellent and the price fair. Highly Recommend!
Alamo came out promptly the next morning. I had a cicada-killer (I’d never heard of this bug) infestation on my property. Jay evaluated and treated my front and backyard, explained my problem clearly and offered a solution. They couldn’t guarantee because it was a flying insect infestation. I was pleased with the…
Since using Alamo pest control I have not had ants or and other type of bug in my house.
Very happy with my selection of this company. All wasps and bugs disappeared after 1st application; even though Alamo said it would take more time. And I'm happy to keep my monthly service going. Superb service and friendly and helpful technicians.
Liked the technician, John
Rudy García did an awesome job! Great Technician very knowledgeable.
I just had Rudy come out and treat the house for some wasps in the front bushes. He hit the whole house inside and out including the attic. Excellent work!. Very thorough.
Great experience so far. Techs Aaron and Rudy were awesome, very professional and helpful. Very happy with our service. They make sure things are done exactly how and when you need them!
Rudy G has been to our house twice now and has always been so polite and kind. When he sprayed inside our house he offered to take off his shoes (which a lot of service techs don't) so dirt wouldn't track into our house. He was very thorough and you can see he takes a lot of pride in his work. He definitely deserves…
Daniel was on time and very professional. He answered all my questions. Also recommended additional services for the exterior of my house. Would definitely recommend Alamo Termite & Pest to friends and family.

Our technician, John, was very kind and responsive. He took care of the unusual odor that we rightly suspected was a rodent in my parents’ attic and even found a wasps nest that we had no idea about. Through all of this, he worked very well with my parents’ needs and made us feel at ease.
Jay Robinson was our technician and he was incredibly friendly and very detailed! We’re so happy with the service.
We got a quote for pest control last month from a different company and felt that they were pushy and the price they were charging was outrageous. We called Alamo, and they were able to come out within 2 days of our phone call. They were on time for the appointment, and they gave us an amazing price. Aaron was very…
Excellent service. Friendly and competent.
Their customer service is great, but didn’t get the job done. And of course - no guarantee. Quite expensive for a non-guaranteed service.
John A was our pest control expert and he did a fantastic job quickly diagnosing and eliminating the few wasp nests that popped up. We even had one inside our gas fireplace and he was extremely helpful in taking care of this, despite the unique placement. All their products are safe for kids and pets. Also their…
Rudy arrived on time as expected and was courteous and attentive to our needs. He got me good details on the issue and cost and got right to work with our service. Had to leave the site for the indoor treatment and he was extra attentive to leave out in a way that left our home secure, with instructions on how to clean up after (bombs).
Rudy Garcia was the Best! Let me tell when I say he covered My Brand New Home I had built I feel so much better ! Rudy Garcia did excellent work on my initial visit! He was very professional, efficient, and thorough. I look forward to this kind of service as a new customer and am glad he stopped by today.
Aaron was very informative. Very nice guy and is very easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
Aaron did an amazing job and was very professional. He was able to answer all my questions.
From the first call until the job was done they were very good about communicating schedule, terms, and exactly what would be done. No pressure for more services. The service tech answered all my questions about the treatment and safety for my pets and family. The yellow jackets seem to be gone after 2 days but the service is guaranteed for 30.
Mike Piekos came out and did a great job. Professional and a very nice guy. Very helpful!
I had great black wasps infesting my house… inside… and I called Alamo Pest Management yesterday and they sent Aaron Culver out first thing this morning for a free estimate which was VERY affordable. He was great and professional and explained my options. I called the company back later this afternoon to book him…
John was great!!!
Daniel was very personable, prompt, and helpful in explaining everything. 10/10 would recommend him and Alamo Pest Control.
Rudy came out and did a great job getting rid of several hornet nests in our backyard, all the while being careful to keep our chickens and ducks safe as they wandered around with him. 😄
Rudy Garcia was every professional kind and explain what he was about to do asked permission before opening doors. He sprayed base boards and window base boards behind curtains. Even though he wasn’t able to finish spraying the yard with flea treatment because his was having trouble with rig he apologize and…
