Alamo Water Softeners

Highly recommend Alamo water softeners. Our water softener started leaking and Jonathan Luna was able to come the next day, repair it and discount the service call due to our warranty. I recall having a good install experience too! All around reasonable, reliable and informative and Jonathan and his helper were so kind. Won’t use anyone else. Thank you Alamo!

***UPDATE*** We recently had our 3-year maintenance service completed by Mr. Ronald Booth, who handled our water softener and reverse osmosis systems. He proactively identified a low water pressure issue that we had mistakenly assumed was a widespread local problem. The following day, Mr. Sergio Zuniga arrived to resolve it, and the improvement has been remarkable. Both Mr. Booth and Mr. Zuniga demonstrated exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. As long-time Alamo Water Softener customers since purchasing our home, we remain incredibly satisfied and highly recommend their team. *********** Dallas M. and Bishop V. took great care of us from start to finish. They were both informative, professional, and courteous. You'll even get a text on the days of your appointments with a picture and short bio of the staff members that are coming to call. Nice touch! We were well-informed throughout the process and everything was completed efficiently. The product itself is awesome. Our drinking water, skin, hair, and plumbing, among other things, are all grateful. Highly recommend!

Super service. Very upfront and customer focused. An issue had been brought up by a plumber. Alamo sent Randall on a Saturday and he had it fixed. Appreciate the honesty and kindness. 😊 Alamo sent James - amazing service again! Appreciate his knowledge & clarity. Let me start by saying that I’ve been with Alamo water Softener for many years. I’ve always enjoyed there customer service they provide. They are always willing to answer my questions and guide me in how to do self service items like replacing my own filter in my RO system. This time my service call was off to a rocky start unfortunately. I need my water softener system replaced due to the age of it. It was working perfectly fine but I had noticed that build up was being created on my fixtures. So it need to be rebeded (where thy replace the beads inside) there’s a risk of just rebeding that could cause issue shortly after…and that wouldn’t be cover under a warranty. So I opted to rent a system instead of purchasing one. Unfortunately for what ever reason when the rental unit was installed the tiny beads got into my whole home system and clogged appliances and fixtures. Obviously, not something I was happy about especially since I wasn’t home when it was installed since mine is in a shed outside my home. So when I got home that evening I found out I couldn’t even shower no water pressure in my shower nor the sink. I quick called and left a message. It was late on a Friday night but, they did call me back early the next day (happy about the quick response) and agreed to send someone out Saturday. This next part is bittersweet because it took 3 additional visits from the younger techs .. (Saturday, Monday and Tuesday) that had come out to fix or unclog the fixtures and washer. Sadly enough they still couldn’t get right.. I was told it was fixed (again I couldn’t be home I had to find someone to come be at my house to wait for the tech) so when I got home I still didn’t have enough water to shower..so I would call after each time and Alamo water softener would quick contact me back after I left a message. Let me say that since the first repair service call on Monday they worked around my schedule.. I’m grateful that they did .. they would come out after 5:30 after I got out of work so I would have to bother anyone to sit at my house and wait. The 4th and final repair tech was Andy a master plumber who did awesome job in repairing my issues the min he walk in he said “I’ll fix the problem!” And he did. Andy is a very polite professional who took time to explain and she me the issues he found. Great job Andy and great job Alamo Water Softener always responding quickly and for working sound my schedule to get the issue resolved despite the issues I would still continue my service with them. I would still recommend them to anyone. Thank you ( sorry for the long explanation)
