Customers consistently highlight punctual same-day service, knowledgeable technicians, and fair pricing for repairs on refrigerators, dishwashers, and stoves. Recurring themes include clear communication, professional conduct, and thorough work that leaves the area clean. One lower-rated review noted a delay in scheduling the actual repair after a successful diagnosis, citing administrative hurdles with warranty approval as the primary issue.

Great service! The technician was very knowledgeable, arrived on time, and fixed our stove perfectly. Later, the oven light burned out, and he came back to replace it even though light bulbs aren’t covered by the warranty. That was a very nice bonus and showed how much he cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

I had great experience with Alan Appliance Repair. My refrigerator completely stopped cooling, and I was panicking about losing all my groceries. I called them, and they had a technician out to my house in one hour. Marat was incredibly professional, quickly diagnosed that air channel was clogged with ice. He fixed the problem. They were clean, reasonable priced, and my fridge is working perfectly now. Truly honest and reliable service. Highly recommend!
