Incredibly easy. You ring the door bell and an automated voices asks you to wait for the roll up door to the left to open. Someone met me and I handed over my cables. Done. Simple as that.

I don't know what they did with that TV, or if they fixed it and resold it or gave it away, but I'm dealing with closing accounts, canceling the subscription, and trying to deal with fraudulent charges related to a device that I brought to this place to be recycled. [Update] The VP of the recycling center was very helpful on the phone, let me know that flat-screen TVs like the one I brought in are sent downstream to other places, so the issue I had wasn't their fault. He was also willing to send a letter to help me in seeking a refund, and Roku issued the refund.
