Alchemy Massage Therapy is truly exceptional. Rebecca is phenomenal! I have not been able to find anyone who does as excellent a job as she does. Her work leaves you feeling physically, spiritually, and emotionally rejuvenated. She truly is a master of her craft, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Rebecca is irreplaceable! So glad you got to experience her! Thanks for your review!
This is the first time I've actually had a DEEP tissue massage compared to other places. I had the pleasure of meeting Rebecca and she did more than I was expecting for a massage. This place is stuck with me. The environment 10/10, massage 1000/10.

Hey Lizarie! We love to hear this! We always provide our best and am glad you came in to experience it!
Thank you for the review!
i can already feel more movement in my shoulders and hips. Cheyenne made me feel perfectly comfortable even though I am an anxious person. I'll be back! Also Kiwi is the best puppy.
I have to say, Cheyenne at Alchemy does fantastic work! I am not someone who is easily impressed or easily worked on. I have suffered from chronic muscle tightness, as well as muscle and skeletal imbalances, for probably over 20 years. I have always been pretty hard on my body with various types of manual labor, weight training, competitive bodybuilding, and the regular bumps, falls, and accidents throughout life. It all adds up and takes a toll on you.
I am almost 40 now, a NASM-certified personal trainer and online health and fitness coach. I specialize in corrective exercise to help people with issues like the ones I have dealt with myself. I have made a good bit of progress on my own and with various other professionals (chiropractors, physical therapists, etc.), but nothing I have learned or the help I have received from others has come close to how much better just one visit with Cheyenne made me feel.
I booked 1 hour and 30 minutes with her, and the aches and pains I had felt for about 15 years, things I could calm down somewhat on my own but could never fully get to go away, were finally relieved once her magical hands did their work. Just a few of the things I have suffered from include constant knee, low back, and elbow pain.
For bodybuilding, it is important to be able to get into your poses, and I could not because of chronic tightness all over. After she helped me, I was able to open both of my lats up wide, and for the first time, I could get my fist behind my head in a rear double bicep pose, making my arms look bigger and giving me a better V-taper. If you know bodybuilding, then you know it does not matter how much muscle you have if you cannot display it properly, and you cannot display it properly if you are all bound and knotted up.
For the first time in 20 years of bodybuilding, I actually liked the way my rear double bicep pose looked, and I liked how my arms looked in it. My arms always looked so small compared to my back because I could not get enough external rotation, and she fixed it. Most importantly, I can work out and move without pain! My body moves and feels like it is supposed to.
I just left my second visit with her today, and she did another fantastic job. She really takes her time to find exactly which areas and which muscle fibers need to be worked on. It is almost like she flosses each fiber to get it unstuck from whatever it is stuck to or knotted with.

Alchemy is hands down the best. Woman owned and operated business and they know how to take care of athletes.
Rebecca has such a great intuition. Listens to my concerns but is great at reading and listening to my body. She is a huge part of my recovery process. I highly recommend.

Hey Carly! We sure try our best to give the best massage for athletes that we can! Rebecca is also an awesome part of that! So thank you for taking the time to leave a review about it!
Rebecca was fantastic. She truly listened to my concerns about old injuries and took the time to understand my goals for therapy. She introduced new techniques specifically aimed at addressing scar tissue issues and post surgical muscle issues, which made a noticeable difference on day one! My back feels better than it has in over 2 years of regular monthly therapies. Finding a massage therapist who understands active injuries is rare, and Rebecca absolutely does. Highly recommend her for anyone with a sports or injury-focused background looking for thoughtful, effective treatment.
