The staff were friendly and helpful trying to diagnose a mysterious malfunction that, in the end, turned out to be a "glitch" in the computer board. They hooked it up to their computer diagnostic, test drove it and released it to me

Had an appointment. Got right in. Out in about 45 minutes. Service manager went through the services they provided. Always get treated well by the staff in the servce department at Alderman's Toyota.
