Richard the owner was absolutely amazing. He communicated very well and was on point with the entire process and inspection of a home I'm buying. Alert Home Inspections of Weatherford, Texas came to Glen Rose, Texas to do a Inspection of my home. Mr. Lee was very kind and respectful, extremely professional. Brought a termite inspector which was important to me as my family's homesite on the otherside of the county was destroyed by termites. I wanted to know everything wrong with my marital home so I can have it fixed as my belated husband left our home to his children. When I decide to buy it from his children this knowledge of all that is wrong beforehand enables a clear decision not based solely on emotional ties to the years spent here with my loving husband. The decision to move foward will be based on cost to repair or replace items on this comprehensive list to include photos, recommendation, or referral out to professionals i.e. plumber, electrician, roofer, etc. Money well spent. This list now opens the eyes of the children who received this home as a inheritance to what they will need to repair/replace if they were to sell the home and have the home qualify for a mortgage. As a recently widowed spouse I would suggest to widows/widowers to have this done as soon as possible. Knowledge of what is or what will be a problem in your home is truly your weapon in making wise choices in your life and for your future. Thanks again.
