I had a problem with my dishwasher, and I am covered by a home warranty product. The warranty company initially sent out a different appliance repair company, and I had a very bad experience with them. When I refused to allow them back to complete the repair, the warranty company moved my claim to ALFA Appliances. My experience with Adam was so much better than the previous company. He arrived at our appointment time,s and he diagnosed the issue correctly. He got the job approved quickly and ordered the required parts. He then returned and finished the repair. The dishwasher is now working perfectly. Adam knows what he is doing and gets the job done. Thanks Adam!
