I’m glad I decided to file for bankruptcy. I had my 341 meeting on 9/4/26 and the questions were yes and no questions which only took about 5 minutes. Alia Khan was my first and only choice and I am so very grateful I chose her as my attorney. Only thing I regret is not doing this sooner! If you are thinking about filing stop thinking and reach out to Alia’s office!
I would also recommend that you take your time filling out the paperwork and gathering all documents in a timely matter and not wait until the last minute because it’s very stressful to the point where you might want to not go through with it.
