I have been going AlignLife for the past six months. This is as good as I have felt for a very, very long time. No constant aches. No tenderness. No constant cracking and popping. I’m able to do physical labor without all the nagging trouble that used to always come after.

After living with relentless pain for nearly three years—trying physical therapy, dry needling, hip injections, two knee replacements, and opioid pain medications—I truly believed this was simply going to be my life. I expected to spend my days hurting, relying on a walker, and feeling too drained to manage even the simplest tasks, like doing a load of laundry after work. Pain had taken over everything. I’ll admit—I was skeptical. I told myself that if nothing changed in three months, I’d walk away. It didn’t take three months. It only took three weeks. My flexibility improved, my pain eased and I felt a spark of hope and although the pain wasn’t completely gone, it was noticeably reduced. They gave me exercises, talked with me about sleep patterns, and eventually tested me for food sensitivities. That’s when I learned I had candida and sensitivities to spirulina (which explained why my protein powder made me feel awful), flaxseed (something I used daily), and several other “healthy” foods that were actually causing stomach distress. So many things began to make sense. After about nine months, my pain had decreased by roughly 80%. But my right hip still nagged me, so I saw my orthopedic doctor. X rays showed it was bone-on-bone. I talked with Dr. Willey about needing a hip replacement, and Align Life supported me every step of the way. After surgery, they adjusted me gently and thoughtfully, always keeping my healing in mind. I’ve seen—and continue to see—all three chiropractors – Dr. Willey, Dr. Jason and Dr. McGregor. Each one knows my history, and each one adjusts me with skill, care, and confidence. They are all wonderful. And the staff? Truly the best I’ve ever encountered. They know your name, your spouse’s name, your kids, your dog, your job, everything. They greet you with genuine smiles, and even when I’ve had to reschedule (more than once!), they’ve never made me feel like a burden. A surprising bonus: I used to get migraines regularly. Since starting with Align Life, I’ve only had two. When one hits, Dr. McGregor knows exactly where to apply pressure to relieve it. You can get your life back. Before Align Life, my weekends were spent on the couch with a heating pad, too exhausted to do basic chores, let alone bake a cake, garden, or take a walk. I was drained, discouraged, and depressed. Today, I’ve thrown out the pain meds, lost 45 pounds, and I look forward to weekends again—walking, baking, moving, LIVING! Align Life didn’t just treat my symptoms. They treated the cause and they helped give me my life back.

I love that everyone @ Align Life knows my name, and they know me. They remember the things that I do (hobbies)and the different obstacles that I've had in the past.

The chiropractors at AlignLife are definitely experts in their field. I was told I needed more neck surgery which would have limited my range of motion. They have been able to help me decrease the pain and radiating pain so that I can function without needing more surgery. The office staff is equally knowledgeable and courteous. My husband also sees the chiropractors. We cannot say enough about the exceptional care we have received. We are both able to do much more physically than we were a year ago.

My husband and I have been going to Align Life for years. All of the doctors are amazing and the girls at the front desk know every person's name that comes in the door; they’re truly the best!

I can’t say enough good things about AlignLife Chiropractic and the results I’ve experienced over the past five months. When I started, I never expected the transformation to be this significant. In just five months, my posture has improved by about 90%, which has made a huge difference in how I feel and move every day. I was also dealing with neuropathy in my legs, and I’ve seen a major improvement as the circulation and blood flow to my legs have gotten better. I had a sciatic nerve issue that made it extremely difficult to sit for any length of time. That issue is now completely gone. I also used to suffer from really bad headaches caused by a nerve issue running up the left side of my neck. I haven’t had a headache in months. The transformation has honestly been unbelievable. I feel so much better than I did when I started, and the results have exceeded anything I expected. I truly cannot say enough about the team at AlignLife and the difference they have made for me. Everyone that works here is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they actually take the time to listen to you and really try to understand your situation no matter what it is. I also like when they say that they are there to help you get better and stronger they mean it. An again there is no judgment. It’s very awesome to just walk in and know everyone there sincere,honest,helpful,respectful. When you walk in the doors you actually feel welcomed vs other establishment when you walk in and go this is gonna be bad lol because you already know you’re going to get some type attitude so you are ready to get defensive lol. But not here. you won’t feel like that. It’s also very interesting to see and have the things they offer explained to you and the tell you what does what. it’s very interesting to know. I could keep going but won’t. So if you’re looking for an amazing chiropractor I would definitely recommend them. They changed my life for the better. I’m walking better. And it’s also helping a lot with some of my other medical problems that doctors have told me I’d be like that for the rest of my life. So 100% check them out.

I started my journey with AlignLife after gaining too much weight and feeling achy in my back and joints, and especially my neck. I could barely turn my head to the left. Best decision ever! I was given an assessment and a plan, made my appointments, I do my at home exercises every morning as part of my routine, and today I'm 40 pounds lighter, my aches and pains are gone, and I can fully swivel my neck.
