Customers generally praise the facility's cleanliness, staff attentiveness, and the ease of hosting birthday parties, noting that hosts manage activities and logistics effectively. Recurring themes include organized supervision, fun environments for various age groups, and reasonable pricing for events. However, several low-star reviews criticize safety concerns during classes, aggressive marketing tactics via text messages, and instances where staff rushed guests or charged unexpectedly for food and extended time.
