Positive feedback highlights professional staff and efficient service for moves, packing, and storage. However, lower-rated reviews cite issues with storage security, including infestations and theft, as well as complaints about delayed appointments, poor packing quality, and unexpected charges for breaks.

The movers showed up on time and moved a large safe from the basement of a lake house into a waiting U-Haul successfully. We drove from out of town so having them show up on time was important and they did! Was quick and easy. Would recommend!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Cody. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us.
Trevor at All About Storage bent over backwards to make sure we are pleased with our experience. The offices at other storage facilities are closed on the weekends and staff cannot be reached. Though, Trevor made us feel very welcomed and did everything he could possibly do to move us into a unit on the weekend. I required extra help moving a few heavy items from my truck into the unit. Trevor enlisted Mike (one of his men) - a professional mover - who helped clear out the truck and proceeded to professionally stack and organize our belongings. Excellent work, guys!!! 10/10
