Customers frequently praise the store's knowledgeable staff, friendly demeanor, and ability to resolve technical issues quickly. Recurring themes include helpful communication, reasonable pricing, and services ranging from device repairs to package shipping. However, some low-star reviews highlight concerns regarding high repair costs, unfulfilled delivery promises, and restrictive return policies for used electronics.

I come here at least twice a week to send my packages through speedx. I have been to other businesses and felt uncomfortable dropping my stuff off although they are listed as a drop off spot ( they were visibly annoyed, I had one item). Garrick has always made me feel comfortable! He holds great conversation and is very kind. They have all your technology needs and do repairs as well. This will remain my go-to location.
Great service all together 😁
