This review is a year overdue. In October 2025, Brian cleaned 2 floors of carpet, with stairs and landings, and 1 sofa. Brian was wonderful. He was efficient, thorough and got the spots out of my rugs. He was very honest about cleaning a second sofa. He tried a cushion and determined that the fabric was not cleaning…

Bryan did a great job cleaning my rug. He went above and beyond and even rotated my rug for me. So far I can not see where the pet stains were. I will definitely use him again in the future.
Brian did an excellent job across the board. His communication was spot on and the cleaning was effective, despite old stains. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Brian cleaned a very old basement carpet and stairs for me last week. I had little hope it could be improved, but Brian did wonders. He worked very hard on it and I am thrilled with the result. I chose him because of the reviews and I am happy to add to them. Highly recommend him- knows his business, arrived on time and a super nice guy!
I couldn’t be happier with the job he did cleaning my basement carpet and tile floors. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. My basement gets a lot of use, and the carpet especially had seen better days but when he was done, it looked and smelled completely refreshed. The tile…
Brian cleaned the tile and carpets in our new home, and I am beyond impressed. The rugs look brand new, and the tile and grout came out incredibly clean — it honestly made such a difference. He was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. I truly couldn’t recommend him enough. You will be so happy with the results!
Did a great job, reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Brian cleaned three sofas and two area rugs. I’ll say the results were nothing less than AMAZING. The off white couch in our basement hang out area literally looks new and it certainly looked like it should be pitched before he came. Great guy too.
Brian was great! Punctual and easy to work with. He was able to get 2 week old paint stains out of our carpet as well as dog spots out of our sofa! Definitely recommend!!
All American Dry - is the Gold Standard for carpet cleaning. Brian answered my email inquiry within minutes with a price quote . He scheduled the work within the week and did a very professional job. He treated my home like his own with care and conscientious attention to details. He exceeded all my expectations !
Job was done effectively and professionally. Brian worked hard make sure all cleaned up.
This was our second time hiring Brian (first in 2021), and once again he did an excellent job. He cleaned several rugs, a few couches and pillows, and even removed an unknown stain left behind by a prior owner of our home. He was responsive, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Thanks, Brian!
I called many companies and Brian was the only person answering the phone who was actually the owner. Everyone else was just working for agencies that send out whomever to your house. Brian and his brother in law did such a great job and were very pleasant professionals to work with. Look no further.
Just had my carpets cleaned by All American Dry. I have used them for many years and I must say that Brian does quality work. He is friendly and professional. His prices are fair. I know you will be pleased with any job he does.
Brian, the owner was absolutely wonderful! Not only did he get my carpet spotless, but he answered all my rug and carpet related questions. He was courteous, kind, and his service was reasonably priced.
Brian is a true professional! Great work at a fair price!!
The gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. They worked carefully and neatly and cleaned up the area once the job was complete. I will be using Brian and his crew again.
Brian did a great job cleaning our stairs, especially the spot where the dog loves to lay and look out the window all day. We will certainly use All American Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning again.
Very easy to work with. Great job done at a very reasonable price. Will definitely hire again.

This was my first time using All American. Brian was amazing. He took the time to explain which method I should get for my carpets. My carpets look good so far as they are still drying !
Carpet cleaning was excellent, Stretching was awful, Carpet was cut, not stretched. Wil have to replace it
Brian is the best! So friendly, professional, and does a great job. Will always recommend this company to family & friends.
Extremely professional and helpful! Brian was able to get stains out of my carpet that others could not. So thorough and patient. I have two dogs and they really are rough on my house. No shaming about this (like others have). Even brought in my trash cans from the curb for me! Great all around guy and trustworthy business.
Wow Brian, what a difference!!! Brian was right on time and his prices were very reasonable. A friendly, pleasant, professional person. Would definitely do business with All American Dry again.
