⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars all around! Jerrold at All American Fitness was incredibly friendly, helpful, and actually made buying a treadmill fun. Who knew that was possible? The service was fantastic, my questions were answered without making me feel like I needed a PhD in treadmills, and delivery was FAST! The treadmill arrived before I had time to come up with another excuse not to exercise! Great product, great people, great experience. Now I just need to convince my treadmill that walking to the refrigerator doesn’t count as a workout. Highly recommend All American Fitness! 🏃‍♀️👏

As two working parents with a busy schedule, finding the right treadmill for our home gym was important, and All American Fitness made the entire process easy. Jerrold was knowledgeable, patient, and focused on what worked best for our lifestyle. Installation was excellent. Israel and Asa arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail. The treadmill runs perfectly, and the setup was handled with real care. Having this treadmill at home is a game changer. No commute, no crowded gyms, and we are already more consistent with our workouts. Highly recommend All American Fitness for quality equipment and great service.

If you're in the market for fitness equipment, I can't recommend All American Fitness enough. Their massive showroom gave me the chance to check out and test a wide variety of top-tier brands before making my choice on an elliptical. The owner, Jerrold, was fantastic to work with—super professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The delivery process was just as impressive: full white-glove delivery right into my home only two days after buying. A seamless experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for great equipment!

I’m a boomer who needed to replace our 30+ year old exercise bike. Do I know what specs I’m shopping for? Nope. I just know I need a modern replacement that's dumb enough for me to use, and no subscriptions. My quest started with thoughts of shopping local and checking out AAF, but running errands brought me instead to a certain fitness superstore in Cupertino with a 4.9 Google rating. Stupid move. After telling the superstore salesperson what I was looking for, his first words were, “We only sell high end stuff here. We don’t sell the cheap stuff found at box stores.” He sized me up in 15 seconds and decided I wasn’t worth his time or effort. He pointed out their inventory with the same enthusiasm as pushing gloppy beans around your plate. What a waste of my time going there. That Google rating seems highly exaggerated. Back to where I should have started, my husband and I finally visited AAF. What a night and day experience! Jerrold asked the right questions, honed in on our genuine needs, and brought light to the misperceptions of what we thought we needed. His years of experience was quite evident. The bike we were originally considering would have been an awful fit for our use. He introduced us to the Matrix U50 and I fell in love. We spent more money than we had initially planned, but it was not unreasonable. Sometimes you have to invest a little more into something that will be a pleasant experience to use repeatedly rather than going cheap and never using it because it doesn’t suit the need well. Jerrold never pressured us to buy anything specific and left the decision to us. Jerrold provided precious old school customer service, something in short supply today, and we are very, very pleased with our purchasing experience.

Jerrold is amazing. I bought a Matrix Elliptical from him. Not just he beat the price by couple of hundred dollars, he made sure I am satisfied with the purchase. There was some hiccup on the first machine I received. Jerrold patiently heard the complaint, acted upon it and made sure I have a new machine without any problems. I liked that he didn't simply wash his hands and left me to deal with Matrix. Highly recommend him.

Even though I don't live local to this fitness store, Jerrold Gor went out of his way to help me on a small order that was barely worth his time. The communication along the way was exceptional. I got a low price guarantee and Jerrold had my weighted vest delivered to my doorstep within days! Thanks, Jerrold. (By the way, I also highly recommend the Hyper Wear Pro Vest that I purchased! It fits well, is nicely adaptable to various weights and it looks sporty too!)

Jerrold and All American Fitness are the best! I used to work with him on my home gym needs when he worked in Redwood City. When something needed fixing recently, I called my Redwood City spot and he was no longer there. I had the new people come out and it wasn't the same. They were nothing like Jerrold and were not attentive at all. So I googled and found Jerrold at his new spot with All American Fitness. They came out and took care of my gym needs immediately with the greatest care and attention. I'm so happy I found Jerrold. I would never want to work with anyone else. I trust him and his team goes above and beyond to help take care of my gym needs.
