I had a new Lift-Master Garage Door opener with keypad installed by All Around Door and had used them previously for work at another home. Excellent service and Damien was very efficient installing the new opener and keypad. Helped me get the codes set up before he left. Definitely recommend.

Spring broke on our garage door. Because of their great reviews, I called All Around Door & Gate. Was able to get a next day appointment in the morning. It was fixed in an hour and a half! Courteous technician, fair price!

Disappointing Experience and Request for Partial Refund on Service Call
I was very disappointed with my experience with All Around Door and Gate Inc.
We have two garage doors, and our double garage door recently stopped working properly. It had started making noises and eventually stopped opening and closing, although the opener itself would still turn on and off. For safety, we unplugged it and have been manually opening and closing the door.
We contacted All Around Door and Gate to have someone come out and evaluate what was wrong. The technician was at our home for less than 10 minutes and essentially told us that the unit needed to be replaced. We were quoted over $800 for the replacement.
What was most frustrating was being charged $189 for this very brief evaluation. For that amount of money, I expected a much more thorough assessment, troubleshooting, or explanation of exactly what had failed and why replacement was the only reasonable option. Instead, the visit felt extremely brief and did not provide meaningful diagnostic work.
I understand that service calls cost money and that professionals need to be compensated for their time and expertise. However, $189 for a visit lasting less than 10 minutes, with no real troubleshooting beyond being told we needed a replacement, felt unreasonable.
Because of this, I am respectfully requesting that All Around Door and Gate Inc. review this service call and consider issuing a partial refund or adjustment to the service fee, as the time spent and level of service provided did not align with the charge.
Based on this experience, I will be getting a second opinion before moving forward with any replacement, and I hope future customers receive a more thorough evaluation for the service fee
