I had the craziest problem with animals on my roof and all city animal trapping came to the rescue. They are very professional and I caught four possums and one raccoon in under a week and I live in a suburban neighborhood so it’s super crazy and they are really respectful. They’re really nice. Received great support from the company. The person who answered the phone was very helpful in explaining the process and when we decided to move forward a technician was dispatched and showed up at the appointed time. Timely updates were provided via text. The technician was professional and answered all my questions and provided great suggestions. During the two week process, the company reached out frequently to get updates and make corrections as needed in a timely manner.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This morning I got an alarming phone call from my mom. She sounded terrified and told me she had found a small snake in the garage. She had actually bent down thinking it was a piece of string before it slithered underneath my dad’s workbench, which is packed with old tools and boxes and basically the perfect maze for a little snake to disappear into.
I came over thinking I could be brave and try to trap it myself. My mom didn’t think she had seen diamonds on its back, so I grabbed a long metal pole and started carefully moving a few things around. Then I got an overwhelming intuitive feeling telling me, STOP. Call a professional. I am SO glad I listened.
We had gotten a recommendation on Nextdoor for All City Animal Trapping, so we called them and they sent Mike over. From the moment he arrived, he was confident, calm, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. We basically looked at him as our hero and let him get to work.
Within about 5 to 15 minutes, Mike said, “I got him.” I looked into the bucket and sure enough, it was a baby rattlesnake! 😳 I couldn’t believe I had been considering trying to catch it myself.
We are incredibly grateful for Mike’s knowledge, confidence, and bravery. He also gave us a snake trap with mice pheromones to keep in the garage and check periodically. If another snake gets caught, they can come out and safely remove it.
I HIGHLY recommend All City Animal Trapping. They responded quickly, Mike knew exactly what he was doing, and the entire experience made us feel so much safer. Thank you, Mike!
And seriously, don’t mess with snakes if you don’t know what you’re dealing with. What looks like a harmless little snake could be a rattlesnake. Calling a professional was absolutely the right decision. 🐍
