I had a beautiful cedar deck built this spring by All Decks, and enjoyed it all summer. Sadly there was a materials failure but Tanner insisted on replacing it at no charge. Now it’s even better, as the new cedar came prestained and water beads up like crazy. Thank you to Tanner and the whole kind, professional and courteous team for a job well done - you have earned my permanent loyalty !

We had a great experience working with all decks on a large deck replacement recently. From the initial walkthrough of what we were looking for, working to define our options and price range, then effective and fast build out of the final result, it was all handled fantastically well. The crew were extremely professional and kept us in the loop at all times to ensure we were staying on target and the end result was fantastic. I could not recommend them more.

All Decks crew came out to fix the sagging stairs from our deck to the backyard pad. Fit my small job in between other much larger jobs, greatly appreciated. The 3 man crew were able to get the job done quickly and the repair is rock solid! Thanks!

Working with All Decks was so easy. Very professional company. From design, build and completion, I’ve never been this satisfied with a project. The crew showed up on time every day. At the end of the day, they left the site very clean. Even when they were sawing the lumber and composite they covered the lawn with a tarp to keep the grass clean. Attention to detail made a beautiful outdoor space for us.

Similar to other reviews posted here, AllDecks did an excellent job removing and replacing our deck. We are very pleased with the results. The team gave us excellent advice when we needed it, and were fast and efficient in completing the design, permitting and construction. They also paid attention to details such as removing and re-installing our outdoor temperature sensors and did a thorough clean up when everything was complete. I highly recommend AllDecks.

All aspects of working with All Decks was excellent, from beginning to end. The workmanship of the finished deck exceeded our expectations, and every person we encountered was pleasant to work with. Our project was the installation of an 8’ x 11’ elevated attached deck. I had whittled my initial list of contractors down to six before choosing All Decks. Cost was competitive but was not the lowest bid. This was the third deck in this location. The previous two were wood. This time we chose to have a composite deck installed, to not have a stairway, and to have the area underneath the deck protected from rain. As this was an elevated deck, it was covered by municipal code requirements more stringent than when the previous two decks were built. We worked with Adam during our initial contact, and in designing the deck. We chose Dekorator planking, Trex handrails, and the Trex RainEscape system. We wanted to minimize supporting posts, as a competing bid would have used 6 posts, and we had seen decks on houses like ours that had 5 to 6 posts. All Decks was able to use only 2 posts by having larger-size (6”x6”) posts and by attaching one side of the deck to our cantilevered 2nd floor. The All Decks showroom was extremely helpful in choosing materials and colors, and in evaluating the RainEscape system relative to alternative underdeck rain coverings. Kendall did thorough work when he visited to do the detailed yard survey required by code. The level of detail in the resulting documents was unexpected and illuminating. The three-man team led by Chris who put up the deck was professional and unobtrusive. A special challenge was attaching one side of the deck to our cantilevered 2nd floor as the current municipal code requires an exceptionally robust connection. Installing this connection required removing several plank-and-tongue grooves from under the overhang of the cantilevered 2nd floor, which is very difficult without causing damage. I was skeptical that it could be done and was pleasantly surprised to see the excellent appearance of the re-installed planking. (As expected, I repainted the reinstalled planks myself.) As for the steel-bar-reinforced concrete footings, Chris meticulously set their height so as to enable the potential future installation of a ground-level deck made from pavers. The gentleman who delivered and picked up materials and the portable toilet was discreet and careful. Crystle ensured smooth communications for scheduling, billing, etc. We are very satisfied with the All Decks team and their work.

Highly recommend All Decks. They spent time discussing options, no pressure to use a particular product or sign a contract. Reviewed pros and cons of options. Communication from their office and workers was good at all stages. Construction crew showed up on time, was very neat during the project, and left our yard as nice as it was before the deck project started.

Highly recommend All Decks! We recently hired them to replace our wooden cedar deck with TimberTech, and the experience was first class. The three-person crew completed the entire tear-down and rebuild—including railings—in just one week. They were punctual, arriving at 8:00 AM daily, and kept the workspace very clean. Their craftsmanship was extremely detailed and meticulous, and it really shows because the deck looks incredible. Communication was also seamless between the sales and project teams.

It seems rare these days to find a contractor like AllDecks who is reasonably priced, does high quality work, and importantly communicates well and shows up when they say they will. We had our old deck torn down and a new one built with composite decking with extra supports for a hot tub. Adam was knowledgeable about all the materials and options (and permit requirements), responsive, and patient with our questions during the quoting process particularly as we ended up revising our quote several times. Tanner likewise during the actual build. And Derek and his team were at our house at 8 am on the dot every weekday working hard until 4 or 5 until the job was done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
