This has got to be the absolute best company! They showed up within 45 minutes! Not only with customer service but My elderly landlord Who is hard of hearing - they were very patient and also made sure he understood what was going on...which obviously was more than we even thought ....they even helped us and had a restoration company come by the same day within hour or two... The technicians at All Drains Emergency Plumbing. They came out promptly and patiently explained the issue, using pictures to help us understand what was happening. They also went above and beyond when they discovered a mold issue—recommending a specialist and even staying until that person arrived to make sure we were in good hands. I especially appreciated how patient and helpful they were with my mother despite the language barrier.
