The crew ( crew 2, I think )came all the way to South Dakota to install my solar system. They were super friendly and clearly very good at what they do. They navigated problems that cropped up quickly and easily. I asked a lot of questions while they worked and they were happy to answer.

Your company drug your feet on one side of the year and made me miss the federal rebate. Nothing on that side of the year, and beyond was clear on scheduling, you tried to save money by offering a bargain I didnt want in the first place, I wanted to own not lease. I warned you, if you sent me a request for a review, you would get a 1 star.

Crew did the installation in 2 days (well, more like 1.5) despite a thunderstorm with 1" of rain the 1st day. Efficient, caring for the yard and the plants in it, with what certainly seems a high quality installation, including having to run conduit between sections of the roof.

Took forever. Permit timeline was not true. Rep left and was not told so no contact with company m. Email worded you pay now or we won’t continue not appreciated. Initial sales rep and final closure rep were the Saving Grace.

Ben was great first person to talk to about the system and setup. He answered questions and gave his honest feedback. Gavin worked with me leading up to and after my install to keep me up to date on timelines and where we were in the process with permits and scheduling. He also was very responsive and helped me troubleshoot a few small things after the install. Adrian, Josh, and the guys with Install Team 2 did a great job installing my new solar system! Great communication and efficiency to get it done and keep me in the loop. Highly recommend All Energy for your solar system!
