Wow Dennis was so awesome and kind! Stacey as well was just amazing at scheduling us and communicating and fitting us in. I will definitely call again for them for our properties including our own home! Highly highly recommend and the quality of work is great he did everything!

**** Warning **** *** FRAUD ALERT *** Do not use All Handyman Services Let me say upfront that Dennis, the handyman that showed up to complete several small house projects, was very good. He contacted me before he showed up, understood what I wanted done, completed the projects to my complete satisfaction (and delight), and was very friendly. The back office operations, specifically employees Stacy and Ana, are a nightmare. And, I might suggest, are borderline fraudsters. They attempted multiple times to fraudulently bill me for material that was not needed, not purchased and not used on any of my projects. They refused many times to provide an itemized list of materials that they were billing me for. Then they told me their Accounting department would only provide material detail if I paid an “admin” fee. They threatened late payment charges for not paying before close of business on the very day I received the bill. It was only after I threaten legal action, that their system was miraculously able to produce a material list with minutes. More than 2/3 of the listed materials were not needed, purchased or used on my projects. When I asked what hardware store was used for purchasing the over priced materials, they said that those materials (the materials that were never needed and never used) were from their own internal inventory and no detail could be provided. For “privacy and business purposes” they would not disclose any detail or pricing information on the material in their inventory. Employees Stacy and Ana lied to me over and over. They attempted to commit fraud multiple times and when they were caught and challenged about it, they, at first, continued to “double down” on their lies. Ultimately, they removed all material charges from my bill. They did this not as a customer service tactic to settle a dispute but because they knew that they had been exposed and had no other way to justify what they had done. I was, and continue to be, more than happy to pay any and all “real” material costs. This business is not legitimate and, at least in my case, attempted to fraudulently bill me for materials that were never needed, never used, and never purchased. I have documentation of all correspondence between myself and All Handyman Service should anyone want to verify the substance of this Yelp review. -Patrick Carberry Claremont, CA

I was skeptical hiring a handyman service for a light plumbing job (replacing old water lines and several faucets and showerhead) but was delighted to find scheduling and communication handled expertly by Stacey --and then Dennis arrived-- he was polite &'professional and explained technical aspects of the job so well. Dennis was very experienced and knows his stuff-- about all kinds of handyman work! He has a productive energy & takes personal care in his work--qualities you do not see much any more! I highly recommend this service-- I do not think you will be disappointed! They also have good customer service appproach so even if an issue arises, they will work to resolve it, as happened on my job.

The office kept us informed on arrival times every day. Dennis was on time, clean and professional. He kept us informed of time lines and choices i.e. tiles, paint colors and others. I have a background in carpentry so I understood that he knew his work and took no shortcuts. Very pleasant personality and that does make a difference to me. He replaced the tile floor in the shower. fixed a hole in a closet floor and painted the front door. I would use them again.
