All In 1 Service Inc.

Repair company sends fishy. I called to schedule an appointment and was connected to an AI scheduler but could here someone typing in the background. Seems like asl scam.

Helpful, was able to answer my questions. Highly recommend!

Team came out short notice Friday to diagnose my washer, informed me the pump was no good and needed to grab a part from a local vendor on Monday. They accommodated my work schedule on Monday and came late to make the repair. Washing machine working good as new. Solid braddahs and cleaned up after themselves very respectful of my home and family. They even played with my dog when he was bothering them 🤙🏼

I have been holding off on writing this review because I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I CANNOT recommend this company. I was fooled by the good reviews and they did come out the same day to look at my washer. After they told me it would be around $200 in parts and $250 in labor. I paid them the $200 for the parts and he informed me the parts would be in about 10 days. It has been over 2 months and I have not been contacted and when I tried inquiring about it I was ghosted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They definitely took advantage of me as someone who is new to the area and a military family. They have had ample time to correct the issue and have not done anything. I genuinely am a very understanding person but this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional as a business.

All In 1 Service Inc took forever to fix my issue and charged me extra for no reason 😒.

Jr and John came out to our home here in Makakilo, to troubleshoot issue with water heater. As a person who knows very little about the electrical system of the water heater. Jr was very informative about the showing the steps to troubleshooting. It was very interesting and a learning lesson for me. The company now has a New customer for any future issues that arises. Thank you to both Jr and John Aloha Ken

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Joseph Tuigamala and Mr. Ieremia! They are incredibly caring, respectful, and knowledgeable professionals. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my oven and even suggested cost-saving alternatives, demonstrating their commitment to helping rather than just making a sale. Their integrity and dedication to service truly stand out. Thanks to their assistance, our family can now enjoy delicious home-baked cookies again! Thank you both for your exceptional help, and may you and your families be blessed!
