One bedroom one office apartments charge me $975 they didn't move all my stuff the next day I realize that they had stolen $3,000 worth of my jewelry that meant so much to me also stole one handgun broke my dining room table I called 10 times to the general manager and complained he repeatedly told me that his employees wouldn't do anything wrong took this company to court and lost its in their contract they're not responsible for anything this damage stolen or broken please do not go through with what I went through look elsewhere please

Scam artists!! I have no idea how this company is as well known and 'reputable' as they are because nothing about it is professional or trustworthy. My experience with them was nothing short of financial extortion.
They quoted me under $300 to trap my deposit, then immediately jacked the final price up to nearly $1,000. When I called to cancel, their customer service completely deteriorated. I was repeatedly hung up on, treated with sheer hostility, and short-changed by staff who sounded incredibly unprofessional. I recorded the entire call—including the highly inappropriate noise in their background and their deliberate attempts to dodge processing my refund. Do not let their local recommendations fool you; they are completely dishonest.

They don’t go by Appointment- they go by whenever they’re ready and if you’re not ready, they either leave or try to charge you. I had to get my realtor to talk to them and explain the situation and they had no empathy. I needed them to come later in the afternoon and they said that wasn’t possible because once their crew is done for the day, they were sending them home. Or if they did stay late, they were gonna charge me for them sitting in front of my house for multiple hours while I was trying to get paperwork figured out and get the keys to the house we were buying.
