This moving company will scam you out of money. I was quoted 328 total for my move. On moving day they ended up charging me 159 just to drive out and back - they estimated it as a two hour move costing 159 per hour and the move only took 1 hour. (The men who did the moving were very professional movers and I will say that they did a good job.) My problem is with the operations part of the business and their dishonesty in quotes and pricing. Be very cautious dealing with this company. If they quote you a price over the phone, ask for documentation of that exact quote. While talking to the operations office-they basically said I had no proof of what I was quoted and if I did not pay that he would instuct his drivers to take my one item back to where they picked it up from. So basically threatened me into paying. I would have also lost my deposit if I didnt pay and they took item back. Horrible customer service, terrible business-dishonest and rude. This will not be the last time I write this review. I will keep it updated for months, so that they will not be able to take advantage of anyone else.
