Our drivers/delivery-men were professional, and hard workers. To show our appreciation we bought them lunch, but they kept on working because we had alot to move into the house. I would recommend AMS to any potential movers. Thanks The Brownings

The pricing is a little unclear, was about double what I expected based on what the guy told me when I booked the move.<br><br>But. But... Colin (the mover) was so amazing I didn't really mind in the end. All my stuff was moved with the utmost care, Colin and his helper put everything where I wanted it (including a treadmill that they handled like it was a toy, these dudes are STONG). An absolutely amazing experience. A+++++<br><br>That said, when they quote you the price on the phone, it will sound low. Be prepared. You will be charged for lots of stuff you didn't even think about (including Fuel, a 15% charge at the time of this writing). I moved about a 1/2 mile away and was charged $107 for fuel. Make that make sense lol.<br><br>The point is: whatever price they quote you on the phone, double it.<br><br>But. If Colin shows up, the actual move will be INCREDIBLE and worth twice the price you were quoted (which, turns out, it will be).<br><br>But hey, after all, in the end, isn't it really about getting your stuff where you need it to go without any damage and setup exactly where you want it in your new place?

Teon and his team were extremely professional and did a great job! No complaints to them…awesome team! The issue I thought was over priced was the packing supplies…$545 worth of heavy paper wrap and tape…no boxes or other material were used! They also charged 1 hr for travel time to and from my location then an additional $125 for fuel charges. Again, the supplies charge seemed extremely expensive.

The actual men that helped with this move was great 10/10. They were very quick and effective with no issues at all. HOWEVER, the people over the phone that explains your quote was horrible. My quote was nothing that I paid for and horrible communication far as what I’m paying for. They fail to mention pretty much everything you’re paying for until the move aka a trap. I wouldn’t have mind tipping the men that did the labor had I would’ve know I signed for almost 2,000 dollar agreement for a move that was considered small to both parties.

Jalen and Key were great movers. They came in and got the job done in a timely manner. Very respectful gentleman. They restored hope with the company. I previously had a not so good experience but these guys showed me the good in the company again.<br><br>Need to do an update on this review. I had a move on July 12,2026. It was scheduled for 1pm. Let me also say I requested the same movers from my last move..but got someone different..The movers did not show up till 230pm. They were very chatty with each other and to top it off they damaged my daughter’s vanity. Now they felt sorry for damaging my property. But the company isn’t trying to pay for the damage that was done. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Everything was a lot more than quoted. Over $1000 more. They did not move what they were suppose to move. They did not even pack everything. Things were left and never found. Then priceless belongings were broken. Save yourself the grief.
