I’m sorry we were asking for a move not for cable to be installed then when I asked for a supervisor, he was even worse than the customer service rep. I was speaking with did not want to help out at all. It was pretty much it is what it is and that’s it. Horrible customer service, called anothermoving company had it booked within an hour and also $300 less be sure to get all the facts upfront if you decide to use them
