Please tell your employees what, No Soliciting means. This is the second time this has happened. The employees can't miss the sign especially when they knock. I'd be happy to call and discuss this further. It sounds like a good training opportunity.

We apologize that you have had unwanted solicitors on your property. We understand that this can be frustrating and as a company, we choose to respect the privacy of homeowners. As such, we do not “door knock” as many other companies do in an effort to solicit services. Instead, we respond when we receive actual requests for service and are invited to perform free pest inspections.
In searching our database, there are only two accounts that have a similar name and we haven’t been to either residence since 2021. This makes us wonder if maybe this is a case of mistaken identity and it was another pest control company that solicited your home uninvited?

Dave Lyda was friendly, knowledgeable, careful and explained everything well for our carpenter ant problem. Highly recommend him. He also noted a problem of sinking foundation and BIG separation of pillars from their pads which prior inspectors didn’t see! The house is built on a sandbar so that’s been developing over years and I never go into the crawlspace but he used to work for a foundation repair company. Very helpful guy!

New review. Deleted 5 star. Has this company changed hands? There is always a new inspector coming. Today it is 10:40 am. The appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 10am today. No inspector has shown up. No one has reached out to tell me there is a delay.I am a 10 year customer of this business and have been happy with them and their services. This year, the late arrivals and less than professional customer service reps, though friendly and apologetic are a deal breaker. I will be looking for another company after my agreement and contract is over.

Ryan came to help remove two wasp nests from our home. He also did a full inspection of our home and sealed up an opening in our crawl space to help prevent rodents from entering.
