Customers report high satisfaction with roof replacements, leak repairs, and gutter services, noting punctuality, thorough cleanup, and responsive communication. Pricing is described as fair and upfront, with the owner frequently providing updates and detailed inspections. While most reviews are positive, a few low-star comments criticize specific staff members for unprofessional behavior and a lack of follow-up on scheduled visits.

A special thank you to Anuar for his outstanding service. He personally inspected our attic, carefully checked the areas where we had experienced roof leaks, and made sure our concerns were addressed. He kept us updated with photos and progress reports throughout the project.
The crew did a wonderful job, and we are very pleased with the new roof. Ashley was also very helpful and responsive, making sure we received all the necessary paperwork and warranty documents.

TEN STARS! My living room ceiling was pouring water after every heavy rainfall. Anuar Vieira worked seamlessly with the carpentry company who found the cause of the leak…water was pooling up on the backside of the chimney. He explained what repairs were needed with patience, and his expertise in this area was apparent. He showed me photos of the damaged chimney and shared photos of what the roof would look like after repairs. Workers replaced the flashing and shingles surrounding the chimney and installed a cricket to redirect rain water. Repair work went quickly and smoothly. In the office, Ashley could not have been sweeter or more efficient. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They made a very stressful situation painless for me and the repair work is perfect. No more leak. I HIGHLY recommend All Over Exterior Roofing for their professionalism, efficiency, and high quality of work.

Very fast, professional, and helpful with a concrete/clay roof leak.
About a week or two after the job was done and I paid them, I reached out for clarification on some issues I was dealing with regarding my homeowners insurance. They responded right away and were very thorough. Much appreciated.
I definitely recommend these guys.
Thank you,
Anuar and Ashley

All Over Exterior Roofing did an excellent job diagnosing my leaking roof and making the necessary repairs. The roof inspection and repairs were completed within days of my contacting All Over Exterior Roofing. One of my roof vents was damaged causing water damage to the wood decking and water leakage into the house. All Over Exterior Roofing replaced the damaged vent and affected roof decking and shingles. Thanks for doing such a great job and being so responsive.

All Over Exterior did a great job on my roof installation. They worked professionally, thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete, and communicated well the entire time with Julio Checon, the owner, stopping by a couple of times throughout the one day install to check on the work and provide me with updates. One of the soffits was damaged during installation, but it was promptly replaced and color matched the next day. Highly recommended.
