Customers frequently cite professional, friendly staff and reliable punctuality as key strengths of All Pest Off. Many reviewers note visible improvements in lawn health, weed reduction, and pest elimination after monthly treatments. However, some clients report decreased service quality as the company expanded its customer base in specific neighborhoods. Additionally, a few individuals criticized the pricing as high compared to competitors and mentioned instances where treatments caused lawn damage without adequate follow-up.
