We've had hot water issues for a while and no company could determine the root cause. Our shower would only get hot for a few minutes and then turn cold. We ended up getting a recirculating pump from one company, but that only allowed our water to get hotter faster (which was an issue). Finally, I found All Pipes (through ChatGPT no less). I spoke with Robert initially and he was very knowledgeable after I described my situation and was able to get me on the schedule right away. His partner Jay came out and he was able to troubleshoot and show me exactly what the issue was (long story short, there was a part in my water heater that was malfunctioning). While we had to get a new water heater, Jay made the process painless. Pricing was great and the installation work was impressive. He even fixed the installation of the recirculating pump done by the other company. I will definitely call All Pipes for any future work and strongly recommend them to anyone!

Jay scheduled my service right away and ahead of a fridge being delivered so that installation would be seamless. He clearly explained my options and offered his suggestion, which was all very helpful. I highly suggest giving him a call!
