Diego came to fix some plumbing at my condo today, although it was expensive I couldn't be happier that it was Diego doing the work. He is an excellent plumber and so polite, a real gentleman.

James P. is incredible. He was super friendly and knows his stuff. He was recommended by my wife's family by name. He worked with us in understanding the process and let us know every step he was on. While the company itself is a little over priced in my opinion, 2.5k for a few water supply replacements and valves, he did awesome work and we will be using him in particular again.

Split ac replacement! Over priced and they were supposed to complete the job! They didn't! I had to hire a electrician to wire it because they apparently don't have 1 on staff !! Yeah I referred them to mine ! Needless to say it cost me over 4000 plus the cost of my electrician to hook it up and it was purchased from Walmart because 6000 is entirely to expensive for the product they offered and there was a existing unit that was already there including the brackets to hang it ! So I was charged over 4000 for approximately 2 hrs work ! It would have been 10,000 had I purchased the unit from them which cooled approximately 400 sq ft ! Nope ! It was a self install kit anyone can put in alone as my neighbor put in the last 1 by himself ! My electrician said he will put in the next 1 when needed for 500.00 so I got screwed big time ! Yes sir I did .

Totally professional and personable. Diego did a wonderful job installing a new water heater so grandkids can have hot baths! Your company was very quick to respond and we had the whole job done the same day we called. Updated: The owner called about the review and asking about the price I paid. They were absolutely licensed. I am lucky to have such a wonderful rate for hearing me out on the skyrocketing rates that were given. Average costs ranging from 1700 to 2500. Yet this company is still at 3300. Thanks for refunding the $50 like you mentioned; honestly havent checked if it was refunded just going by your word. Original review: DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR STEEP PRICING! I work in the construction industry and their markup is insane. Called this company for an estimate to install a standard garbage disposal that I had already purchased myself. They charge a standard $50 dispatch fee to come out, which is reasonable, but the labor estimate they provided was $467.00 for a customer-supplied unit requiring no major pipe or electrical modifications. For additional context, they also quoted full water heater replacements (including the unit, expansion tank, pan, fittings, and haul-away) ranging from $3,311 to $4,551 depending on the warranty tier. I chose to pay the $50 trip fee and look elsewhere. The technician was professional and even helped get my existing disposal working, but I am sharing these numbers so other homeowners are aware of their steep flat-rate pricing structure. I highly recommend calling around to compare rates first. Just giving 2 stars due to the very high numbers for residential neighbors! I ended up paying $1300 for everything through another reputable company!
