Customers frequently praise the punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication of technicians during pest control and termite treatments. Many note that staff members explain services, provide updates, and maintain professional conduct throughout visits. However, some reviews criticize inconsistent service quality, lack of detailed feedback on treatments, and difficulties with automated scheduling or billing systems.

I had to change pest control companies because the old company, Safehaven, changed hands and no one would call me back when trying to make an appointment. I’m glad I had to change because Jack of All-Safe did a better job in his first visit than had ever been done with SafeHaven. Plus All-Safe was less expensive. Excellent company; excellent service. My second visit from All-Safe was also very pleasant. I had a different technician, Jovani, but he was as thorough and professional and the first. Very happy with this company.

I've been super happy with All-Safe's effectiveness, safety, and knowledge since 1995. Jeb, our current tech, is very good and communicates well and politely by phone and text; that sounds minor but so many companies' customer service people don't say the company name nor why they're calling. On the rare occasions I have to phone the office I get to talk to a person instead of a voice menu. Our pet cats are a little sad that bugs almost never get in the house for them to play with.
Thank you for highlighting our safety, knowledge, and communication. We appreciate your trust in All-Safe Pest & Termite over the years.
