Customers of this Raleigh landscaping firm frequently praise the team for professional conduct, punctuality, and clear communication throughout projects like retaining walls, patios, and drainage systems. Reviewers note that the company offers fair, transparent pricing and leaves properties neat upon completion. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews describes an instance where a customer found the quote process for a French drain to be unprofessional and disrespectful.

Jose, Moses, and the crew at All Seasons Outdoor Services LLC did an absolutely amazing job on the retaining wall project at our home. The wall was beautifully done to the highest quality. The team was polite, professional, and worked diligently to get our project done on time. I definitely recommend them for outdoor projects!
Jose and his team did exceptional work overhauling our backyard integrating with the existing landscaping. Very satisfied with all the work
Highly recommend All Seasons! They did an incredible job constructing a new stone garden wall in our front yard, including around a tree. We are absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. Their communication was amazing throughout the entire project and they accommodated us adding in additional services, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Excellent concrete masonry work from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and the finished driveway looks fantastic. Highly recommend their service.
Excellent service and the neatest work I have done outside. They fixed a drainage problem by installing a French drain. I asked if they could cut the grass in sod to put back down. I didn’t want to buy grass seed. They took it up and laid so well I can hardly tell there was anything done. Would definitely recommend.
Jose, Moses, and their team recently designed and installed a retaining wall and walkways at my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. The pricing was fair and transparent, communication was smooth and consistent, and the entire process was stress-free. What really stood out is how easy and enjoyable it was to work with Jose compared to larger companies—he truly cares about his customers and the quality of his work. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and dedicated for your hardscape or landscape project, I highly recommend reaching out to Jose and his team. You’ll be glad you did!

All Seasons helped transform my backyard! They were professional, timely and very thorough. We discussed mock ups of the landscaping before hand and had great communication and suggestions on types of plants that were safe for kids and dogs. We are so happy and will definitely use Jose and his team again!
Thank you so much for the review, Hannah. We're thrilled you enjoyed your new landscaping.
Review for All Seasons Outdoor Services All Seasons Outdoor Services made my patio dream come true! I had acquired several quotes for this project and ultimately chose All Seasons because the plan was clear, I liked the materials they use, my tricky backyard was not complicated for them, and Jose and Moses were delightful humans upon meeting. Jose was a treat to work with from the start. He provided thoughtful and knowledgeable suggestions and options for every detail of the process. I hired them to install a paver patio with a retention wall and lighted seat wall in our backyard, and the results are all I had hoped for and more. The craftsmanship of the patio is stunning. Every paver was laid with precision, and the design has transformed our backyard into a space we want to spend time in and enjoy. It’s not just a patio; it’s an outdoor oasis. The attention to detail, the clean lines, the beautiful pattern — it’s clear they take pride in their work. If you’re considering any outdoor project, especially a patio, don’t waste time shopping around — go with All Seasons Outdoor Services. They deliver efficient, affordable, quality, beauty, and a level of service that’s hard to beat. Highly, highly recommended!

They did exactly what we agreed upon and even though I was not able to be there to supervise, I had every confidence that they would do a great job. For me, they trimmed all my shrubs and bushes and laid down mulch beautifully. They do all kinds of landscaping jobs including Hardscape and masonry as well as grading and drainage solutions. They are very knowledgeable and had solutions for all my problems.
Thank you for trusting us with your project! It was a pleasure working with you, and we’d love to help again in the future!
We had a time sensitive drainage issue we needed fixed and they were able to schedule it very quickly and get the project finished in a couple days. They made sure to confirm what we wanted and check the location of the catch basin with us before installing it so that it was where we needed it to be. I'm very happy to have a properly installed system that will last and keep water from draining towards our house.
