Customers frequently praise the company's thoroughness, punctuality, and polite communication during routine pest control services, noting that technicians often explain treatments and address specific concerns. However, several low-star reviews highlight ineffective results for specific pests like wasps and carpenter ants, with some customers reporting that promised inspections did not occur. Additionally, a recurring criticism involves aggressive and rude door-to-door canvassing tactics, including late-night visits and refusal to accept refusal, which contrasts with the generally positive feedback regarding scheduled service appointments.

I had my home inspected for termites today from All Solutions representative Tyler. He was very efficient and did a thorough inspection inside and outside. He then gave me a very good news that we are termite free. Thank you Tyler for your excellent attention and great service.
