All Stages Carpet Care

We had our carpet cleaned by another company with great reviews, and unfortunately, they damaged it by using improper cleaning methods. We were extremely upset and thought our carpet was ruined. The carpet store that we bought our carpet from sent an inspector who confirmed it had been cleaned improperly and he contacted Mr Preston Stage owner of All Stages Carpet Care for help. Preston came out , used the proper products and techniques and brought our carpet back to what looked like new! What impressed us most was that when I wanted to leave the other company a bad review, Preston asked me not to. He didn't criticize them , he simply focused on fixing our carpet and making us happy. Thank you, Preston and All Stages Carpet Care for saving our carpet!!! We extremely highly recommend them to anyone who wants their carpet cleaned properly and safely and at a great price!!!!! 5 Stars**********

There is nobody in town I would trust beside All Stages Carpet Care. My carpets always look like new when they leave, and I feel good knowing my grandkids and pets are safe because they use the best, non-toxic products. I have 3 dogs and 5 grandkids, so things can get bad fast. Preston (the owner) and his crew always come in and makes my carpet look great again! I don't know how they do it! I also love that this is a local, family owned business. They truly are the best!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team came out today to clean my rug and chair, and the results are absolutely amazing. Everything looks fresh, spotless, and practically brand new again. They were prompt, professional, and extremely friendly, taking the time to explain the process and making sure I was comfortable with everything. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. They truly cared about making sure my home looked its best. My rug’s colors are brighter, the chair smells fresh, and I can already feel the difference in the cleanliness. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality carpet or upholstery cleaning. I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future!

OMG!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! They did an Absolutely horrific job of cleaning the carpet. Carpet was dirtier when they left, only were here for 1/2 hour. We told Preston in person at the time how dissatisfied we were and that the Carpet was still dirty!!!! This is not the first time that we used Preston, we hired him around 8 months ago to come and clean our carpet. He did an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE JOB then as well!!!! We told Preston in person how DISSATISFIED we were then at that time as well. He said he had been up all night cleaning a business, and how exhausted he was, we felt sorry for him and let the whole thing go. So, we gave him a second chance and hired him again 8 months later to clean the carpet. (Hoping for a better job the second time around). We were once again shocked at how bad they left the carpet. Once again we told Preston that we were DISSATISFIED and the CARPET WASN'T CLEAN!!!! He told us he's not cleaning the carpet's much anymore and has turned it over to his son Preston Jr. And that now he was the FIXER, when they get the complaints from people, he goes in and fixes it, and he laughed!!!! He did offer that he could come back and spot clean if we wanted... Oh my God, why would we give you a 3rd oppurtunity and chance to come into our home and keep ruining our carpet!!!! We are not stupid!!! Preston told us that our carpet was so old and frayed fibers that we will need a new carpet soon. Actually, we wanted the carpet cleaned right the first time, not just a touch up at a later date. So, we called another carpet cleaning company to come out and redo Preston's mess. The other Company came out the next day and cleaned the carpet, they got it looking brand new again, they knew what they were doing, truly a Professional Carpet Cleaning Company, who used safe chemicals!!!! So, as it turns out we didn't need a new carpet after all, we just needed a Professional Carpet cleaning company. When I talked to Preston 9 days later, he asked if he should come out and spot clean the carpet. I told him NO, that we had another company come out and clean up his mess. And that the carpet looks Amazing and looks brand new again!!! So, he didn't have to come out and clean up his mess. Preston got so RUDE & NASTY and BELIGERANT and tried BULLYING me about his Green Chemicals it was unbelievable!!!! I didn't tell Preston what company we used, didn't feel it was any of his Business, so he has no idea what chemicals were used, however, now he is wanting to lie about what chemicals were used, and he has no idea.. What a JOKE!! In Preston's response, he said that we were such good friends and actually neighbors, and that no good deed goes unpunished!!!! What a joke, we have never been friends, you live down the street, and as far as this so called good deed you supposedly did!!?? We hired you, we paid you both times!!!! There was no good deed done!!! And, we did give you the opportunity to fix your mess, not just once but, TWICE.. So Stop with your lies!!! Everyone can see your just trying to CYA!! It's not working very well for you!! I would never hire this company again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
