My only mistake as not call All Star a/c first! Another company completely failed to even show up. All Star was prompt, professional and efficient. They fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes!

Can't speak to the quality of install, but bad business. They offered to quote duct replacement along with free system quote then hits me with a $100 bill. They said sorry they forgot to mention it. Wow.
Hey Michael, as discussed there’s a $99 ductwork inspection if we don’t have a contract with you for your job. This was reiterated last week, and again today on the phone. This also goes towards the work if you choose to proceed , but it covers our time in the instance that tire kickers are price shopping for lowball numbers without the intention of moving forward. We always offer free equipment replacement quotes, which we provided prior to your ductwork estimate request.

They had to install a new A/C systems for me as my previous condenser was a 2003 Trane so it did it job. Everyone I dealt with was great from Tiffany to Mark, Ryan and Gary.who did the install. The air handler was installed much better than the previous unit looks very finished.

After four different HVAC companies were here and quoted prices for a new system, and after careful consideration, I decided to go with All Star because of the transparent nature of the entire process. Before they came here they sent me three detailed quotes and accurately described each different system. The owner contacted me and made an appointment to confirm what they quoted after actually inspecting the home they would be working in. He made good sound suggestions that made good sense and didn’t add services that I didn’t need. The “A” team showed up when they said they would they all were very respectful and polite. Each worker knew his job and at 2:58 pm I shook all their hands and they left. Wow they did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend All Star A/C for all you HVAC needs. First rate from hello to good bye! Wow they hit it out of the park.
