Haven't had an appt yet, but basic customer service just to schedule 1st appt is horrific. They consistently hang up the call after a long wait just for them to answer the call. I was also rudely hung up on when I needed to correct spelling of Information.

Can’t say enough good things about All Star Physical Therapy on Antelope Road in Menifee, California. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean and the equipment and therapies are totally spot on. I came in with torn meniscus bilaterally and torn left hamstring and am seen remarkable improvement. Love this place! .

I highly recommend All-Star physical therapy in Menifee, California. They take care of you like family and they treat you with so much respect. The environment there is comfortable and they make you feel welcomed. When you have concerns or issues they will always give you the honest direction. I am a 30-year-old woman and mother and prior to my first time visiting All-Star therapy. The physical therapists saw that my issue was deeper than what I thought it was. And so once I finally got the x-rays in which my physical therapist’s recommended me to do, I found out I had avascular necrosis’, which is my hip bones were lacking oxygen and causing the bones to die. Resulting for total hip replacements on both sides of my hips. When I went back, everything that they felt was correct, there was a deeper underlining issue than what I thought. They rehabbed me back to a flexibility that I have not felt in years. So to anyone considering on going to All-Star physical therapy in Menifee, California I highly recommend going there all of the physical therapists as well as a physical therapist aides and the front desk ladies are very lovely, thoughtful, kind, considerate, and beautiful people. Thank you All Star Physical Therapy crew, for helping me get back to a quality of life I haven’t had in over 10 years.

I’m a patient in this place recovering a left knee arthroscopy and I just wanted to let everyone that is looking for this place. PT william was in charge of my recovery she’s amazing very friendly and she treated me very professional also her team they all are very good people Allison was taking care of me she’s very professional and she was helping me out with every single exercise The front desk lady’s are amazing too. Always there to help you out with everything Thank you.

My wife and daughter have several sessions here and I just want say that they always look forward to those sessions because the guys here make body repair look so easy and fun, probably painless too. The aura surrounding the space exudes so much positivity, the welcoming atmosphere make you want to come again and again. Thanks guys. You deserve to win BEST OF THE YEAR award.

Some of the worst service I’ve seen. Waited 45 min before to check in and no explanation. They need to work on costumer service seriously.

Would not waste your time here. My husband had three sessions and will not be going back. They would put him in taction and say "2 more minutes" and then come back in 10 minutes saying "oh we forgot ". The sessions were 60-90 minutes but should have been much shorter due to time wasted when.he was "waiting for the next person" as he would be passed off multiple times during a session . This PT was ordered my Kaiser and it's a shame they are contracting with this company. Updating my review to a three-star now because an employee was kind enough to call my husband and follow up on his dissatisfaction regarding his appointments. I will say the staff there has been very kind to him but time management is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

This is in no way a reflection on the staff of this specific center. Because of the staff at the Menifee location this is not a 1 star review. The staff was great, from the front office staff, to the actual physical therapists, and all the support staff. I was informed that my billing was capped at the agreed upon co-pay and that my insurance provider would cover the rest as that was part of my coverage. After the first 5 visits, my issue wasn't resolved albeit there was marked improvement, so I asked my insurance provider for an additional 5 visits and after the first of the additional 5, I received a surprise bill for my first 3 visits totaling just over $400. After several phone calls to All-Star's billing center and many promises of a call back I never got one and just kept getting more bills. Ultimately, after disputing several charges, I just paid the final bill of just over $80. I'm not complaining about the $80, I am complaining about the lack of communication up front that there may be additional charges, I was told the opposite. I am complaining that no one in the billing center could ever justify any additional charges at all. And I am complaining that the several call back requests I made for clarification were unmet. My issue was fairly simple but imagine someone with greater needs and the surprise bill they might get. Good service but expect to pay a lot more than what you're quoted.
