This company is very professional and always communicated times and details on repair. Super happy with them and love Igor! The expense was a part and cost for that was not in thier control.

On September 29, All State Appliance came to repair a commercial washer-dryer at our building on Lake Street in San Francisco. Igor was given the combination to the exterior lockbox to retrieve the keys needed to access the laundry room. He left the building without completing the job and, unfortunately, failed to return the keys to the lockbox. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact All State Appliance, including at least three text messages and three voicemail messages to their call center, but I have received no resolution. I simply want my keys returned. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect All State Appliance to take responsibility and arrange for the immediate return of my keys. Victoria, the owner, response: Dear Glenn, As we discussed by phone yesterday, Igor never took your keys, and you hired another company to handle the repairs. We take every review seriously and kindly ask that you revise yours as soon as possible. We really appreciate your time and consideration. Dear Victoria, Am I being gaslit here? Yesterday, I told Igor that I would verify whether your company had taken the keys. I have now done my research, and the information I found confirms that your company was responsible for taking the keys. Rather than insisting that Igor never took them, please review your company’s records and investigate the matter thoroughly before making that claim. There is also a separate issue concerning the dryer. Your company repaired it approximately three months ago, yet it has already broken down again. I paid another technician $85 to evaluate the problem, and I was quoted an additional $800 to repair the same issue your company addressed just three months ago. Igor offered yesterday to provide a free evaluation. I am declining that offer because, based on my experience with your company, I no longer have confidence in your service. I expect All State Appliance to take responsibility for these unresolved issues. Specifically, I am requesting: 1. The immediate return of my keys. 2. Reimbursement of the $85 evaluation fee I incurred. 3. Resolution of the failed repair, including reimbursement of the $800 repair cost if that is what it takes to correct the problem your company failed to resolve. I also take issue with your request that I revise my review before this matter has been properly investigated and resolved. My review reflects my experience and my repeated, unsuccessful attempts to get this situation addressed. My oven was taking forever to heat up. All State was able to come out same day and replace the heating module on the spot. They made it quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.

When your dryer breaks down, its a great inconvenience, and you want it repaired correctly and fast. Appliance repairman Mike was perfect for repairing the dryer. Mike came on time,diagnosed the problem, explained the job, and gave good repair quote. I approved the job, and Mike worked very efficiently to remove and replace the faulty part. Within 90 minutes the job was complete (I got a 90 day warranty), and my dryer was working like new. If my washer breaks down next, I will call All State Appliance Repair, and ask for Mike to do the work. Great job!

They were able to send someone the evening of the same day I called. Mike was thorough and knowledgeable, and put the time in to both replace the worn out module and clean out the system — all in the same call. Good service and good outcome!

Mike was on time, polite, and efficient. We are happy that he explained everything clearly and gave advice about maintenance. The price of appliance repair is hard to handle, but that's the nature of skilled labor. It's better than throwing things away when they get old. We have used this company more than once, with satisfaction. It is easy to get an appointment.

Just moved to SF., had a problem with the cooktop. Being new to the area we weren't sure who to call so I did research on the internet. All State appl. had excellent reviews. I called on a Sunday and Igor picked up and scheduled an appointment. Mike came the next day, right on time. He figured out what was wrong, ordered the part and told me exactly what it would cost. I paid in advance, Mike and Igor came came back to finish the job when they said they would.They are both great. I only used them once but from this experience, I would highly recommend All State. One more important thing, they put booty covers over their shoes when they came into our place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
